That is a very, very bad idea. Because both players have X-Factor. Thats free meter for both players out of nowhere, it's MvC2 all over again, getting free meter for doing nothing again. X-Factor > Counter X-Factor and get meter and punish is even more ridiculous than X-Factor bonuses themselves already.

I didn't rage. I'm not a fanboy of anything----I don't even own MvC3 anymore. So chill out and stop mud slinging.

You were clearly salty/crying about not seeing "so and so" characters, and must be under some kind of rock when it comes to MvC3 tournaments, because the majority of the characters you mention see spotlight in every event. The two I agree that aren't seen anywhere are Modok and Hsien, and the only time I saw Modok was Keits playing him.
