I think the original story is that it was bad in handheld mode, so it's performance in docked mode isn't really relevant (though not encouraging to hear that it dipped into the 20s during the opening sequence)
Did you? The intro area is still struggling, but Limgrave, which was where the major frame drops were in the previous build, is running a lot smoother.

Yes, I'am and it's struggling even in the catacombs in this video, thinking that it somehow runs good in the open world is a serious cope. And I can't take seriously any tech related info coming from a guy who is gloating about torch flickering in the distance and illuminating the wall, maybe this kind of "tech" is new for nintendo, but we are not in the 90s anymore.

I mean, you're welcome to find whatever you'd like impressive or unimpressive, of course, but the point of the video (and of the comment you replied to) is that the PAX build was noticably improved over the Gamescom build, which it obviously is when an area that was previously causing frame drops apparently as low as into the teens is now holding close to 30 most of the time.
These builds were only released a week or two apart (though we don't know how old either actually is) so this is cause for optimism for a game that is probably over a month away from release (or maybe two or three months away).
