You never played it online it seems, it was nowhere near locked 30 fps in co-op for exampleIt was mostly a locked 30fps with weird frame pacing. It was not on the level of Dark Souls New Londo on PS3.

I didn't know BloodBourne had co-op...You never played it online it seems, it was nowhere near locked 30 fps in co-op for example
They have a light on the side when you start recording so no dice.
It has a sensor so that if you cover the light it won't record
Wasn't NS2 to be comparable with Series S?
It has a sensor so that if you cover the light it won't record![]()
It's a lot closer to PS4 than Series S. But the more modern architecture helps a bit.Not even close.
You telling me From soft optimized the game for Steam deck ( a PC) and no BS2 come on....The issue is optimization not hardware. Still a Fromsoft game is not a good bench for hardware capabilities and optimization.
I know one guy at Nintendo Life said this, but has it been confirmed? He freely admits he's not great at spotting framerates. So if you're basing this off NL, I really wouldn't.Final Fantasy 7 Remake is running at 60fps on Switch 2, this is all on Fromsoft. Elden Ring also ran poorly on PC - they're terrible at optimization and it's disappointing to see.
Cyberpunk and FFVIIR destroys this game in graphics and they run and look great on Switch 2, so you "come on...".You telling me From soft optimized the game for Steam deck ( a PC) and no BS2 come on....
No at all… If we are talking in docked mode.On Cyberpunk Switch 2 falls clearly behind a PS4 Pro that uses a Jaguar CPU from 2013 and a spinning 5400 RPM hard drive....
So I would say no....![]()
No at all…
Yes
Switch 2 is running the last gen version at worse frame-rate and resolution
DF posted the clip yesterday
The Switch 2 have better IQ, textures, streaming assets and loading times … Is a trade off… The PS4 Pro is not clearly above. The Switch 2 even has better textures quality than the Series S.
When i said that? Are you new here?Thank god they have better streaming as DF refused to test PS4 consoles with a SATA SSD and used the stock 5400 rpm HDD.
Technology from 25 years ago...
LOL
Switch 2 is not comparable to current-gen consoles, deal with it

Exactly. NOt so easy to take your PS5 out on your deck and do some gaming.Switch 2 is not comparable to current-gen consoles, deal with it

Your PS5 not performing so well while the Super Bowl plays on your tv.What if I don't give a damn about taking it out???
This is a performance thread
Your PS5 not performing so well while watching the Super Bowl on your tv.
Yeah it's a performance thread according to someone. And Switch 2 Elden Ring reportedly performs better on a car trip than the PS5 version.Have you even read the thread title?
So was your mom. What a great handheld. Im sure it was totally worth the money.
Just cancel it.
This game is not smooth on PS5 pro even (without vrr) so how it can be smooth on Switch 2?
It definitely ran like shit despite hearing it "ran well"I might be in the minority, but I didn't find it worthwhile on steamdeck either. Surprised people praise it on it.
According to Nintendo Life it's 30fps.Final Fantasy 7 Remake is running at 60fps on Switch 2, this is all on Fromsoft. Elden Ring also ran poorly on PC - they're terrible at optimization and it's disappointing to see.
I finished on Pro without RT it runs almost locked 60fp without vrr. Are you referring with RT? With RT it's not locked 60fps.This game is not smooth on PS5 pro even (without vrr) so how it can be smooth on Switch 2?
IDK, it had stuttering on PC when I played it (funnily enough, it didn't on Linux when I tried it later)This game is not smooth on PS5 pro even (without vrr) so how it can be smooth on Switch 2?
Tarnished is the perfect name for this edition of the game.Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition will be fine when it releases on the Nintendo Switch 2.
I didn't realize the X post didn't include the clarification, he meant on Docked mode, not portableThis game is not smooth on PS5 pro even (without vrr) so how it can be smooth on Switch 2?
The game is not smooth even on Series X.This game is not smooth on PS5 pro even (without vrr) so how it can be smooth on Switch 2?
