Dark theme is great but I like to switch between both. Mainly because white begins to hurt my eyes if I'm on too long.

I think the redesign only works in dark theme. The round plain fonts work much better in darker tones than the white which forces your eyes to focus on how shitty they really are. Your age is showing here fluff muffy ninj.

Meh. The brightness doesn't really change the fact White Theme isn't that great looking in comparison. I use it but it's not as good looking as it used to be. I think it's out of nostalgia for when I lurked years ago.
