Man. The news is playing footage from the crowd at the Cleveland Trump event. It's a white guy yelling "GO BACK TO AFRICA!" at a black woman, and then the black woman starts yelling "GO BACK TO EUROPE!"

It's so hard to cut down on carbs, I always feel like I'm starving with just a protein-fat-fiber diet, of course I eat carbs but about to or less than 40 grams a day and I still feel like I'm starving. :(

I usually eat around 170-190 grams of carbs a day.

I'm thinking of taking some hunger suppressant or something because feeling hungry keeps me awake at night and can't sleep

When I was limiting my carbs, it had the exact opposite effect. Suppressed my appetite and killed my cravings. It was great.

Based Jake, it has the opposite effect for me!

I noticed that a carb heavy diet keeps me full and I can sleep well during the night.

But cutting down on carbs significantly makes me stay up all night. It's horrible. You feel tired and hungry and can't fall asleep.

Usually what I do is to literally shove a handful of baby carrots, with some almond milk and a peanut butter sandwich to fall asleep and satiate my hunger.

This is like at around 2 am, because I've been unable to fall asleep for feeling hungry.

It's so bad, I hate my body so much for doing this...
