Lots of small people in here. Well, I am not even 190 cm, only 187 cm
We cornered our bosses today, it was complete surprise for them to see all employees come together and be united. Of course they tried to threat us, but we countered them with possibility of all employees leaving on the same day.
They promised us new people and our new boss is awesome. Most importantly, she has a lot of high level connections.. She wants detailed chat with everyone and watched how work is done. I told her how things are and will have a detailed chat tomorrow before store inventory count.

It's sympathizing, not shaming. If they like it, good for them. It's definitely not something positive though since it limits your options.

Do you have any idea how terrified I have been of going bald?
AT BEST it would have made me paranoid that people could see me wearing a wig for the rest of my life (well till hair cloning) because lord knows how awfully it would go over if I would be visibly bald in public in the future.
I understand that you're trying to make it not sound as bad to yourself and it's really cool that you're happy with rocking a shaved head but it's not okay that people have to deal with this.
