I find tall, short, and average height people attractive.

Paint tool Sai but I also do charcoal drawings sometimes. Just don't have any on the computer

aaah yeah, i also trawl the portrait thread to find good references that i can practice on *nodsnods* i totes understands~
oh i never quite got it on with SAI
i mostly use OpenCanvas these days. but i heard from friends that SAI is a great tool. I guess once you get used to something it's hard to relearn another software though

I was planning to try the portrait thread but haven't got around to it. Still though I prefer in person over still images for reference. Allows you to get a better idea of the entire subject and it doesn't make me want to try to do a perfect reproduction -_-
I tried to switch to clip studio paint since it has even more features but I had the same problem you have. The thing for me is Sai is super straight forward and I understand every setting. Only issue im having is that since my tablet driver isn't supported by Sai 1 I have to use the demo version for 2 and it's missing some features like like a palette.

I actually drew 5 pics of him in different styles while he was sitting there. Helps that he was playing games and would sit fairly still
I did look for a solution but apparently older applications just aren't going to support the way Windows handles newer tablets. They'll eventually bring features back in updates anyway
