Sadly the taste for me is mostly bad. I do eat and like shrimps and I may sometimes eat sushi if Im with friends that want to hang out there but I really dislike seafood flavors. I don't care much about the food being healthy since I care mostly about what appeals to my taste.

Soft shelled Tilapia tacos are really good.
If the fish is breaded and fried I can deal with it but overall Im not much of a fan of the textures.

As I said I dont care much about the health benefits. At best I control my intake of foods when they are fried stuff but overall I go for what I like. I wont force myself to like something just cause its supposed to be good for you. Congratz on the improvement.
