My alarm is the invincibility jingle from Ducktales. It's a little too effective.
Im not exactly famous but Im well known on SteamGAF and it seems there are a few people who check what people are wishlisting or notice when looking around games. I wishlisted Onechanbara ZII and Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus which I know most people consider them garbage. I'm known for being weird with the games I like (usually seem to enjoy indies, b-tier, c-tier games more than the AAA games) and Im not really someone that hides the stuff that I play. Basically started talking about how disgusting it was for me to be playing those games and how I'm disrespecting women about it by buying or being interested in those games. I pretty much laughed my ass off as I replied saying that whatever I played is not of his business and that what I play doesnt really reflect who am I as I person cause then all the COD players would be veterans, all God of War players would be angsty people murdering people and shit along those lines. I ended up asking him if he needed to say something else and after he said he was done I removed him from my friend list.
I find it hilarious because before I would actually care about the perception people had of me by what I enjoyed (movies, games, music etc) and I would hide or deny enjoying some stuff but in the end I can't give much fucks about it cause I rather enjoy that shitty game than being bored by what everyone might be enjoying that simply is not cutting it for me. (Mind you I dont hate all AAA games but I can be pretty critical on those)
Overall is just another day in the internet where people get offended or annoyed by anything these days. Im used to it and I simply don't deal much with that drama.
EDIT: My alarm is the most functional I've ever had.

But because it had been a much more gradual process, and because she had slowly started integrating more stereotypically feminine things into her life, I think most people were more accepting than they might have been otherwise.
I'm not sure if this would work in your situation but I figure I'll throw it out there just in case!

A lot of people in my high school didn't come out until after they graduated even though it was painfully obvious to everyone. It became a formality to come out at that point.
