There's a scene in Neon Genesis Evangelion where the like 14-15 year old protagonist is in hospital looking at one of his colleagues whom is in a coma. They imply that he masturbated, you see his hand covered in "stuff" and he says "... I'm so fucked up".

They've taken that frame from Hey Arnold to replicate the scene with what is presumably maple syrup.

-End credit scene? Not really a surprise considering you are up to date on the DC films.

For the positives of the movie I guess there were some nice effects and some good shots on a few areas in the sea of mediocre cinematography. Also I enjoyed the soundtrack but that is something that will be divisive.

Overall a mediocre film that had potential to be much more than what we got. (A lot falls on the mediocre editing and poor cop outs with the plot) I'm a bit sad cause I really wanted to like it despite all the negative reviews around it and my expectations being lowered but yeah I can't defend this mess.

In hindsight that was a pretty tasteless thing to post. But the character in that movie is frequently associated with otakus, so

They are indeed in top form. I was just floored on Vienna, how much energy they still have.

On the Judas side, they are not so bad, at least friend watched them at Epitaph tour and he said that they were still pretty good, minus Rob's voice towards the end of the set

On the same link, Arte will be streaming most of the festival. Today's highlight will be Blind Guardian at 22:30 CET
