And on Tuesday it will flop magnificently.

I legitimately didn't realize it was coming out this Tuesday until last week, and that was only because of a GAF thread. What little of the game I've seen honestly looks neat, and it's probably going to be a great game (honestly looking forward to getting it...next year). Which makes it all the more baffling that they paid for the timed exclusivity and are going to let it get completely buried in the middle of Halo 5, Black Ops 3, Fallout 4, and Battlefront. It's insane.

I want to see that review thread reaction and then OT until release but want to sleep until 11:30 after work as well.

Looking at Amazon sales numbers it might just tank horribly and score better in reviews than almost all of those too.
 
wait, so the flyvpn trial has a timer? Does that mean it starts right when I login with the trial account username and password? Should I wait to login until right before it goes live for people in NZ?
 
There's something profoundly obnoxious about being able to watch people stream their retail copies of Fallout 4, while the game is literally installed on my system, but I'm not allowed to play it.

edit: to be clear, watching the streams directly through the PS4's interface is what makes this feel more egregious than otherwise.

Its been stories like yours that has kept me strong this past week by not going into live streams. The only new footage I've seen are gameplay Gif Gaf has posted here and there.

Best of bother worlds. I get to see new gameplay with no spoilers.

Yeah, after hearing about all the spoilers, I've stuck to just watching the Webms and short videos people have been posting here. I've seen relatively little of the game, most of it being from the starting area and nearby I believe, with maybe a couple 10 second clips of the city. Glad I held out.

What you see happens on the other side of the door. I'm not exactly sure how he saw it, but in the scene the door slams and vault tech guy leaves. It's not a bug its intentionally done to save resources. Why do a movement animation or unique holding state for something you won't see? As a "funny gif" its fine but its being thrown around as "lol Bethesda" when theres nothing inherently wrong with it.

Official mod tools aren't getting released until next year, third party ones on PC and tinkering with the game files are what people are doing now. Also those visual mods that are in the other thread aren't going to be on the Xbox.
