Fallout 4 |OT2| Farming Simulator 2287

About The Brotherhood of Steel:

Can anyone answer this, without spoiling too much for me: will that questline advance beyond the police station by me doing quests, or will Halen and Rhys continue to give me these repeated quests until I advance the main quest far enough?

You'll need to do some main mission stuff to progress the BoS storyline.

Lol when I was there, the 4 protrectrons slaughtered the deathclaw. It was 4 deathclaws plus my companion vs the deathclaw. I was waiting inside the cabin to see them get slaughtered but they won real quickly.

Can someone tell me where the CD key for the Pip Boy edition is located? I left the box and only took the game. Not knowing the CD key was not in the metal case? Having my parents search for it without specific instructions is futile. Thanks

Would connecting every settlement to the castle make the most sense?

Doesn't really matter afaik. You can connect all your settlements to one specific settlement or you can connect them all like a railroad with each settlement like a station on that railroad if that makes sense.

can I pick one faction quest line and complete it, and move onto another one, or will that lock me out of other quests? Specifically with the Institute.

LiQuid!

I proudly and openly admit to wishing death upon the mothers of people I don't like
All the quests I've done so far feel empty on content. Just repeating dungeons with goons to clear out and the usual supply stash at the end. Closest thing I got to what felt like a "proper" mission was the [Brotherhood]
mission to the ArcJet lab where the synths burst out and you can melt them with that giant rocket.
I'm mainly doing minutemen and brotherhood quest lines. I haven't touched the main campaign storyline, does that have what I want?

Minutemen quests are basically copy/paste quests. The only thing they service is unlocking more settlements for you to build in. Some of the ones you eventually get from them (like kidnappings, raider problems, etc) are literally infinitely repeatable and should be ignored unless you're grinding exp. Don't use anything Minutemen related as an example of quest design in this game.

Can anyone who is playing a stealth build let me know if, muffled or ultra light armor mods are the way to go to keep from being detected?
And how much does a maxed sneak perk help?

Made it through Vault 81 without getting sick.

Fuck you, molerats.
I was hoping this would be an option, thanks for the heads up!

welp my Lighthouse is starting to get some frame drops, I went overboard again I guess lol

Wow, didn't even realize you could get sick there. I don't know how much I got hit though.

lol, so did anyone (Brother Andrew)
give him all your stuff? What happened? I said no and murdered everyone. I like how the game tries to trick you into thinking giving him the stuff is your only option.

What specifically did you have to do? Is it just a matter of not taking any damage from them while you're in there?

Yup. I thought Power Armor would help, but they just chew right through it. One hit and you get sick.

Don't take a companion, as you'll get sick when they get bitten as well. Just take it easy, save often and check if you're sick before saving. Taking some grenades and a weapon that can blow 'em up quickly helps too. I used an SMG with explosive rounds.

Also, exploit the furniture. When you enter a room, jump on a desk or some boxes so you can stay in the air. Harder for them to attack you.

this is not fair

Just make a few saves at specific points and reload after you've gotten the tropies/achievements if it means that much to you. This is a game about making choices, after all, and there's already so little choices to be made.

It's more forgiving than New Vegas, in that game you got locked into your faction pretty early on.

yeah I turned them all on and then walked outside and got ambushed by that guy. I backed off and they all tried to kill him. I think he killed all but two and then I finished him off with a Homing Beacon, in the process killing one more of them and also one turned on me since I hit it.

Okay, I just had a really sad encounter with both a Legendary Yao Guai and an Alpha Deathclaw (not at the same time).

I just put a 4th rank into the non-automatic rifles perk and now my Combat Rifle and Combat Shotgun are crippling limbs left and right before anything can reach me.

Neither of them even touched me.

So uhhh...I'm now scared. I ran into this parking garage maze of death. Traps everywhere, and dead bodies everywhere. At the end was a bunch of cells with Cricket the Caravan merchant and her guards.

PS4 Share doesn't capture any radio songs because of copyright issues. It was the same with GTA V.

Ah, that explains why the video can't be viewed in Germany.

Fuck no. But then again I don't like being a doormat and the conversation with him made me uncomfortable. So I
shot him the minute I got the chance to do so and wasted the rest of the fools.

whowver decided that those light blocks to make cute signs should require 1 individual power instead of just needing power in the vicinity (like all the light sources) should be slapped

with a trout

jonesin for some DLC now. Just created another character for my next playthrough (cuz my original character is op, and i feel like i cheated so) that i'll start when dlc is announced.

I used a mod to respec my character, I made sure I used the same amount of points and just reallocated them to how I want them now that I know what's more important to Fallout 4 as opposed to NV and 3.

Since the respec though I can no longer hack any terminals or pick any locks, not even Novice graded ones. Have I done goofed and stuffed up my game? I have both Hacker and Locksmith perks at level 1, and the required SPECIAL points to unlock them.

Anyone else ran into this?

I killed everyone in there once I arrived. Hours later, I had to do a quest to find someone who was there with
Andrew
and guess what? Everyone was FUCKING ALIVE. Their corpses were there still, even. This game sometimes, man.

Battle for bunker hill.

battle for a 10+ fps frame rate

Yeah that was really the only part of the game where I thought it got to an unacceptable level.

Easy to get OP really fast. I took out a Mirelurk Queen today with a Combat Rifle that had 50% bonus damage to Mirelurk before it could even turn around to attack me.

Fens Street Sewer

Now that was really damn cool. Anyone visited this place? (very close to Diamond City entrance) It really gave me a
Condemned
vibe and that is just fucking awesome. I found everything there is to find here...but it doesn't say cleared on the map but there's also other things i don't get...

So i found all holotapes and listened to them. But i feel like i am missing something here. Plus Wikia says there's a hidden holotape beside the entrance and that it's related to Fallout 3. Quite damn cool...but i can't find that holotape at all.

Anyone know this?

I didnt find any sewer area in my 100 hours :/

Man, I don't know what's up with the facegen for female characters, but I can never get it right. All my attempts at making a female character have looked absolutely ghastly.

Is there some trick to this? All my attempts at male characters have came out perfect, but absolutely dreadful when trying to do a female one. It just feels like the female face editor is just, a whole lot less flexible. I can make a perfectly chiseled male face, or damn well any face I can imagine, but on the female it feels like certain facial features are hardlocked to be X when Y is set to Z. Been trying to make her look like Saber Arturia for a melee-tank build for Survival, but all my experiments with the facegen end up looking like I threw white paint on a female Super Mutant.

Ten saves? Jeez, what the fuck. I usually just keep a couple backups, I'd be fucked if they all get corrupted.

That said, it's an issue that really needs fixing. I've had several of my saves go corrupt, with only my backups saving my ass.

Apparently though, you can delete your local saves and let it sync to the cloud. That should restore your saves to working order. Try that, before saving something else.

I'm happy with my settlement situation currently.
Mama Murphy is fixing the house, Piper caring the veggies, Cait is on her post guarding the Sanctuary, while McGready is tending the shop.
However, I can't seem to assign Nick to anything. He'll just stood there near the workshop. Can he be assigned to something in a settlement?

Ok, I NEED that one.
Where do I find it?

does every companion have their own individual quest?

for example should I be spending time with strong, trying to advance his quest, or bring along someone like pipper which I know 100% has a quest.

Piper has a personal quest...?

She's my Lovable Trophy but I didn't get any quests for her.... and the Fallout Wikia doesn't have any reference to any quest whatsoever.

Probably been asked a million times already but can I sell the magazines to vendors and still keep the perks attached to them or do I lose them once unequipped? Thanks!
