Speaking of display cases, I need one. I'm going to ask my mom what she recommends (she collects and displays porcelain figures...forget the brand(s), lots of fancy victorian ladies), but are there any recommended ones?
It's a cheap but pretty decent prize figure. Doesn't show the illustrations on the box, they're pretty bootylicious. There's a lot of them in different poses, mostly $30 or less. The Queen of Hearts one is the best but it's also pricier.

Update post, been busy (So these will be lttp posts and gonna miss out from some sites cause I g2g XP) and gonna be more for the later weeks, got enough downtime to post and finally enough things to update on XD:
It was in January that some photos of Girlfriend (Kari) Chloe Lemaire PM Figure by SEGA were released by Girlfriend (Kari) staff, and the figure was presented at the 38th Prize Fair back in November last year. Today we can take a look at newly released official photo for the Premium Figure by SEGA, which will be released in April 2015.

There are lots of options for display cases. My main display is all DETOLF cases from IKEA. Still a work in progress but here's the most recent picture I have:
Of course, any ol' bookshelf can work, but if you want to keep the dust off (and/or pets/kids out) then you might want something with glass, and the IKEA stuff is popular for good reason.
However, you may not want all glass. IKEA also makes BILLY bookshelves which are wooden shelves that you can put glass doors on.

Well you don't HAVE to buy whole carton. Here is a link to just one box. I'll be passing on this LL set. I bought four boxes of that last set and idk. I can give you a good site if you want the first series boxes.
Think my new figure spot should be good for now, even if it part of a wooden bookcase, but don't think the place in particular really collected that much dust in a short amount of time at least, so I just see how it goes. I need better lighting near there through if I want to take good pics around that spot heh.

Yeah I know and I saw the individual box but those exclusive playmats are tempting and 16 boxes would give me a great chance to collect the whole set and special cards. So im debating whether to get it or not but I cant until my new card comes in the mail. Hurry up post office! lol
