That's good advice thanks, goodluck with the price drop, I noticed that it's still the same price I paid on Amazon which is 85$ shipped so you might wanna check that out if it's what you're looking for.

I can't seem to find it for that price including shipping anymore. I'm kicking myself because she was 7,000 yen or so on Amazon.co.jp and she only recently shot back up. Both prices are a steal considering what she launched at. Aw well.

Alter has interesting news regarding “Durarara!!” for us today, and previews their ALTAiR figures of Orihara Izaya and Heiwajima Shizuo from the popular series with official photos as well as pre-order information. Both Izaya and Shizuo are sculpted in a 1/8 scale by Numakura Toshiaki standing 21 cm tall and proposed in their Renewal version.

Skilled underground information broker Orihara Izaya comes with alternate body parts, so to be able to display him both while he’s holding his knife or with his phone in one hand. Strongest man in “Ikebukuro” Heiwajima Shizuo comes with different display options as well, one with his glasses on and the other with his face uncovered to so highlight his intense expression.

Orihara Izaya and Heiwajima Shizuo ALTAiR figures will be up for pre-order starting tomorrow, April 8th, 2015 with price and release date still to be announced. Alter also announced a second production run for their Celty Sturluson figure, released back in 2012, which will be up for pre-order tomorrow along with Orihara Izaya and Heiwajima Shizuo.

Thanks! I'll keep tabs on it. I'm always slightly paranoid about Amazon third party sellers for fear of bootlegs, but I know there are plenty of reputable shops on there as well.

I dunno. I like Izaya's face a little better, but Shizuo almost looks too bishonen for his character.

I just want Celty, anyway, since I bought Shizuo and Izaya at release a long time ago. I really want them to make a Shinra, but I know better than to hope for my favorite megane side characters to get figure releases.
