I changed the max framerate from 120 to 60 and it's much better, still has the grainy moments, but no so much and so obvious.Yes, it does this with the PS5 Pro too.
Some places it looks okay others a complete mess.
Grainy look compression artifacts everywhere too.
Best go natve, that's what I did.
Don't care if it 60fps if it looks like I'm playing it on YouTube.
Maybe I'm an idiot, didn't quite understand, it could be that the game runs at 60 most of the time and the dynamic res kicks in less frequently or not at all.
