I'm debating if I want to order the Collector's Edition or just stick with the regular edition (I'll be playing on the PC). I can't wait for this... my life will be consumed again and I'm going to love it!

You'll be able to use one account for both versions.
One account, but it sounds like you'll need to actually buy and register both clients to use them.

I really would love to play this game but will SQUENIX ever consider lowering its monthly fee?
It took them like 8 years and the launch of XIV for them to lower it on XI, so... unless it goes F2P, unlikely.

What was the original pricing scenarios for XI? Isn't it like $15 for XIV if you're a new sub?
Uh, it's been a while. I think it was $12.99 a month at launch, with an additional $1 a month per additional character.

Haha same here. I have a great rig, but there's something about playing it on a PS3 that brings back memories of FF XI on the PS2. Will probably spend most if my time on PS3 unless its an incredible downgrade.
How well, in your opinion, do you think this would transfer over to the Vita's smaller screen?
(Assuming PS4 eventually and Remote Play possible.)

Same graphics card and memory but I have an i3. And it was perfect on high settings and very playable on max in 1.0 and in beta.
