Store is super-duper dead until they fix the issues now. They've made announcements and a maintenance screen comes up now.

No, the whole EU store is dead at the moment. I didn't see a PS4 digital collector's edition while it was up though, just a PC one. Must be due to appear at some point though.

For the brief moment that the EU store was up, the euro price of the physical CE was 130. Because of course it was.

NA store link to CE is completely dead now. Not sure when that happened. Not even listed on the site at all, either.

I haven't even been able to find Heavensward listed on the SE store at all. Either now or earlier. :/

Hey guys, would someone be able to give me a quick rundown of what I've missed in the last patch or two? I'm currently working on an oil tanker, so what I can access on the ships internet is really limited.
I haven't played since November I think? Planning on resubbing when I finally get home, probably early May. Just wondering how much has changed and whatnot.

Since the Dreams of Ice patch (Shiva, Final Coil, Rogue/Ninja), we got new raid (World of Darkness), 3 new dungeons (Keeper of the Lake, WP and AK hard), and Gold Saucer (Triple Triad, Chocobo Racing). There is also continuation of the relic and Hildibrand chain.
Well.... now that is bullshit. (didn't they say for everyone, it wouldn't be exclusive to the SE store)
of course I could handle buying it on the SE EU store but then they go and put $ = £ which is just insulting and stupid.
... not sure what to do.

I assume what this is saying is that square will give the pre-order codes for square store stuff. At least, I hope so!

I'm going to leave work early to try and secure a physical CE. I'm likely going to sit through hours of suffering, site maintenance, and then nothing. Fun times ahead!

Ok, that solves the early access code thing but what about the pre-order items? No pre-order code ? (Someone says it will probably come with the box which I guess is the best case scenario)

im just gonna buy the normal edition and upgrade to the digital CE to get the items, i aint paying £130 for a video game

It kills me how now store is never ready for things like this. Even after we've seen things like happen as far back as the early HD generation. Its like they just open the floodgates, and whatever happens just happens.

Oh yeah that reminds me I need to find where I put the autohotkey script to spam logins before Heavensward early access.
So after re-subbing I ended up just staying on the server I started on which was Phoenix as my friend has got backing to it too with me.
Just crated a new character and got rid of my old one as I had no idea what I was doing lol.
Regarding the expansion hope I am still playing by then in which I will just get it at the time of release.
Also lol at the UK prices seems like we always get fucked now as its the same with the MGS:V CE too just changing the $ to a £ sign.

Also while I really wanted the CE. really that price is fucked up. If it was 100, maybe 110, I could probably deal but £130 is just like wow...
Part of me hopes it is a mistake but the sane part of me knows it isn't. And there is no competition either so... bleh.
Probably just going to go with the Digital CE or something. :/

Well you could buy a non UK version from somewhere else I would assume. Like Germany/France, though France seems to have their own special SE store nonsense so maybe not from there. Also they said for now, so maybe they'll have physical CE being sold from other retailers later on.
I'm fairly happy I never cared about CEs, so all that noise doesn't really affect me. Hell the standard edition is apparently 35euros on Amazon, which is cheaper than I expected(since well, 40$ is obviously 40euros usually).

I want the artbook and the trailer BD but not the stupid statue and in this country it's probably 100% impossible to get it day one anyway, or preorder in any sensible form without really going out of your way. What a conundrum. Plus I will need the Steam copy anyway... I just hope you can do early access if you preorder on Steam, otherwise there'll be riots.
