You should hope they become fan owned. Both Barca and Madrid are fan owned as well as most of the Bundesliga and I don't think i need to explain further. Why the brits keep wishing for a sugar daddy is perplexing.

Everton and United could come out of this mess if they simply sold to their fans. And not a silly pretend share either.

Real and Barca are both HEAVILY in debt too, FWIW. I know Bayern Munich is having significant financial troubles as well, aren't they?

I'm personally not a massive Carroll fan, never have been but i'll support Andy Carroll when i'm in the stadium because in my opinion i feel that's the right thing to do. Me saying Andy Carroll has poor movement on here is my provocative. Maybe he will become and amazing player, but i personally don't see it. Stick to your guns and support him, and if he does go on and do that you can send me a message haha, but like i said, i dont see it, and if our manager see's Carroll as an expendable asset to gain funds for re-investment, it'll be a gamble as there are no assurances in the market, i'll stand by that. If he see's Carroll as part of our future, i'll happily be proved wrong, because it'll be at the benefit of the team i love.

This guy is gunning for a job in football journalism.

Instead of taking images you can see online of the City away shirt I thought I'd get the details! It's quality. The fit is superb.

Seems harsh to criticise spelling and grammar on the internet, for all you know the guy may not speak english as a first language, as with plenty of posters in this thread.

Besides, even amongst english speakers good spelling and grammar are rarely practiced on the internet, why demand more of this one post?

Because it's really funny?

"I saw nerves before the game," admitted manager Pearce.

"A lot of our players have played Premier League football, but this cranked it up a bit."

lol seriously? The Olympics?

Stuart Pearce is basically Roy Hodgson, only without the excuse of being in his late 60s. Can't stand anything to do with him in football terms. Everything that's wrong with English football, rolled up into one person

I find Pearce's tactical adherence to the world's most un-fluid 4-3-3 formation ever to be fucking irritating. Especially when he doesn't even have the right players to even play in that shit formation.

I'll always remember watching the Eng U21s - Czech U21s last year, when I swear you could hear Stuart Pearce on the stream we were watching. Now some would say it was just a fan in the crowd, but given the same voice could also be heard yelling out instructions to the players using their first names, I choose to believe it was Pearce.

3 specific yells stood out

1. Pass! Pass! Pass! - as the team patiently built up and kept control of the ball

2. Fucking get rid of it! - Kyle Walker with the ball and in danger, well except for the danger of possession in the opposition half

3. Your(sic) fucking shit - Scott Sinclair loses the ball. I personally think he was talking to the whole team, however.

WTF with Kyoufu's hate for Casino Royale. It's the best fucking James Bond film by a mile. Skyfall looks amazing too.

I laughed out loud at this gif. :lol

Casino Royale is the best Bond movie indeed, and one of my favorites in general.

I've just a real chuckle at that GIF!

And yes, Casino Royale is the best. My GF hated Bond movies before, she watched that on Blu Ray with me and loved it. Then we went to see the sequel in the cinema which isn't as good.

But Skyfall looks great. We'll go see that.

Seems Newcastle have already agreed terms with Debuchy and have been given the go ahead by Mike Ashley for a higher offer to be submitted. Deal is expected to be completed by next week.

Demba Ba has also come out and said for the billionth time that he's not going anywhere. His clause runs out on Monday so from then on we can command a high transfer fee should anyone want him.

I'm so frustrated with Safari - it's faster and more lightweight than Firefox or Chrome for browsing, but animated gifs are fucked horribly. Seems to be a widespread issue that Apple has shown absolutely no desire to fix.

Do you have a Mac? I do, and can't be doing with Safari haha!

Mainly because if I use Safari I pretty much need to install Flash, where if I just use Chrome it runs Flash within it with no need for the actual software.

Yeah I'm on a 5 year old MacBook Pro.

I won't use Chrome because I don't want to be a part of Google's little information trap. Makes me feel uncomfortable how much they track through Chrome.

Yeah, Google do have some warped ideas about what belongs to them etc.

The only way out of this is for the Glazers to sell up. The debt is growing, the IPO is pretty much dead in the water, and the Glazers cannot see that there isn't a way of retaining control and servicing the debt. Honestly their blind stubbornness reminds me exactly of Hicks and Gillette. It's like everyone can see that they must go, and that they're never going to make the club financially stable, but they don't care because they're blinded by money and their investment.

Glazer will HAVE to sell now. There is no way they can sustain running the club except if they whore it out completely (which they have already done) or sell its assets. I dont think the rest of the board members or fans and can let that happen. Now the only roadblock is that how much will they sell for and will they even find a buyer capable of buying united without again taking huge loans and using the revenue of the club to pay off that loan.

Everytime i try to use Safari or Chrome on my MBP i'll always revert to Firefox. Both Safari and Chrome seem to missing some important core feature, like the Firefox option to directly delete history entries from the awesome bar with (shift + backspace).

I also tend to go back to Firefox, except there are some things that make it frustrating. At times it seems to have a memory leak and it'll perform like shit, and it's impossible to browse one monitor while watching football full screen on a second monitor. For some reason the mouse cursor disappears on the main screen when the second one is in full screen mode. Safari doesn't have that issue.

Safari is also the fastest and lightest weight for OS X. But I do tend to keep going back to Firefox.

I know what you mean, that's why i use Chrome for the streaming stuff. Keeps the browser "clean" and i wont accidently like embarassing stuff / sites on Facebook.

De Laurentiis is crying about the fixtures showed yesterday evening. He said that both Milan and Juventus have a really easy ending match. Too bad he didn't ran away on a scooter this year, but I guess that there's still a lot of time for his bs. Also, last year we lost the scudetto with Fiorentina and AMAURI. We don't know what an easy match is, for the love of god.

Btw, playing football as a Milan supporter isn't a great idea. Last three matches I always somehow got injured, I can't even walk properly anymore. ._.

Yurt, fade, listen to this ... Truly mind-boggling stuff. I don't even know what to say anymore, it all just seems so absurd.

I broke my leg a few months back. I'm Iaquinta. :(

Or Aquilani, since I prefer playing in the mid..

Redcafe Kagawa thread shitted up by a Spurs numpty saying that if Shinji is very lucky and works very hard, he might be almost as good as Bale.

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
lol Adebayor wants City to give the £5m transfer fee straight to him. I know that they are known for indulging even their unwanted players, but that seems a bit much. Let's just get it done please.

Wow!!!You post on/read Redcafe?

Is Adebayor really the right striker for Spurs? Are you really keen on having him or would you prefer someone else?

He should be our number 1 priority. 18 goals (4 additional ones wrongly ruled out), 12 assists, played multiple times while injured. Stats-wise he was the 4th best attacking player in the league behind Aguero, RVP and Rooney. If we don't sign him it will be a disaster, he fit our style perfectly. Not very often is a player of his quality available so cheap.

Not arguing with his stats. But i feel he is quite wasteful at times and also his attitude is lie a ticking time bomb ( based on past but that might have changed after his spell at City which sidelined him for a yr or so.)

Finally made my team for Fantasy League. Well, I say made my team, it's mostly provisional at the moment and it'll probably change countless times before the season starts.

Attitude is no longer a problem, after the bus shooting he was involved in he is a totally different person. Not once did he lose his rag last season, I'm not worried about that at all. He's wasteful but he's still a must-have purchase for the price. With a proper pre-season with us he should get even better, though it seems that he'll miss most of that.

Speaking of unbelievable, and I'm about to go to bed so I'm sorry I can't divulge further, but United are fucked. Absolutely fucked. I haven't really delved too deep into this IPO business, but I just read a brief catchup and it seems like they're in a cul-de-sac as far as servicing this debt. The IPO looks like a disaster, they realise nobody wants to buy shares that amount to fuck all, and rightfully so.

The only way out of this is for the Glazers to sell up. The debt is growing, the IPO is pretty much dead in the water, and the Glazers cannot see that there isn't a way of retaining control and servicing the debt. The situation is still quite a way from Gillete/Hicks.

For now the debt is quite easily serviceable and on the whole the debt isn't really growing, but it's not shrinking either.

We can go on as we are for a while yet. Which is worse for us, because it means more long term damage.

Skipped forward to Zuliani. Nothing else worth seeing in that video since Italy is lol. Zuliani is right, even though this shit is in the past with other clubs it remains Juve that is being attacked and so we must deal with it as a squad.
