Not triple throughout the whole match, but the opposition will swamp him. When you have one attacker that is so much better than the rest, he'll get marked to hell and back. Silva experienced similar thing when he arrived. RVP at times had three players on him against Liverpool too, obviously not through the whole team though.

Initial rumours were that it was between PSG and Arsenal and that Ozil preferred to move to the EPL. PSG being interested likely drove the price higher and Arsenal had to match it.

Cazorla is one of the best players in the league though.

but arsenal still have cazorla. if ozil had been the only creative player, i could see why that'd be a problem.

We already have two number 10's in the squad. We'd be struggling to fit Rooney and Ozil into the starting 11 and then there's Kagawa too. We don't need him.

He's a quality player but he'd be nothing but a luxury signing. Central midfield is our priority.

You're not using Kagawa for whatever reason and Rooney is an unhappy player. Don't tell me you didn't need him.
