I don't think it's that uncommon, it's just more pronounced when it's a goalkeeper since their mistakes are amplified. Milan fans are loving the decision though, that's for sure.

Maybe, but Ramos is one of those defenders that you just know has a mistake or three in him. On top of that he loves a red card and the ''it wasn't me'' line of defence when he's just chinned somebody.
