Can't deny that LvG was a bit EPL'd though. I'm sure he expected things to have gone a lot more smoothly.
He didn't.

Fuck Bayern, simple as that.
Fuck Bayern, simple as that.
They probably expected to win against MK Dons though.
United are still struggling to put out convincing performances. A lot of teams are as well, though, and that might just give them a spot in the top 4. But it is what it is. I am sure a lot of fans went on board of the Van Gaal hype train. Didn't they not lose a single game during the pre-season? That + Holland in the WC + a bunch of quality signings probably took expectations high even for a very rational fan, and the beginning of the actual season got them legit shook.
We are going to batter Stoke.
Dat Herrera.
Skyfall was good if a little too long and too reverential to old Bond hallmarks.
Quantum of Solace is a lazily put together film; shoddy editing, terrible pacing, a villain whose motivations are unclear (not to mention the fact he's entirely unthreatening), the sex scene deviates from the crux of the story which is Bond's pain over Vesper and only serves to confuse his relationship with Kurylenko even more... Bad film.
Casino Royale is great. Goldeneye is the best bond film doe.
Last handful of pages...
Aside from Liverpool vs Leicester today's fixtures are quite crap.
Killzone is a shit franchise
Rant should be in the next OT title
Fuck your AWPs and AKs, it's all about dual berettas.

REAL MADRID STARTING XI: Pacheco, Arbeloa, Nacho, Varane, Coentrao, Illaramendi, Khedira, Medran, Isco, James, Chicharito.
This is going to be so LOL but it was extremely necessary to rest pretty much everyone.

Muller on the balondoor
"If Cristiano wins it is boring"
"Someone else should be there instead of Messi"
Spot on with the last point, Mr. Thomas, but the balondoor was created to recognize the best player in the world, not to entertain you.
Ugh, Bayern are going to be even more insufferable than when Ribery was in the running. Pls accept it's Cristiano's already.
Another United fan with plenty of sense. My cock.
Luka Modric has had a great year at the Bernabeu, where he took one of the key roles in bringing La Decima to the club. Despite a disappointing showing at the World Cup, marred by fitness concerns, the Croatian playmaker deserves all the accolades coming his way.
Oh yes, its that time of the year again. Everyone is compiling annual Top Players lists, and Modric is set to feature prominently in all of them.
One of the first lists to appear was FourFourTwos traditional 100 Best Players in the World, ranking him 18th. Although 90% of what Modric does with the ball is pleasingly simple, the rest is dazzling brilliance, writes James Maw.
Indeed, the player has come a long way from a difficult start in Spain, with Marca naming him La Ligas biggest transfer flop of the year in 2012. Two years later, the same paper gave him the LFP Award for best midfielder in the league, and he was also chosen for the UEFA Champions League Team of the Season.
Although counter-attacks are still Real Madrids biggest strength, what Carlo Ancelotti did in Real Madrid was changing the way they play. The run-and-gun football of the Mourinho era gave way to something more subtle and patient, increasing the teams average ball possession in the process and making them less dependent on Xabi Alonso.
Last seasons multifunctional trivote, with Alonso operating in front of the back four, aided by Modric and Angel Di Maria on either side of him, enabled Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema to run riot in the attack, while it also did a very good job in protecting the defence. It gave the team better balance and a greater fluidity between the lines.
Modric has been at the heart of that transformation.
Like Maw argues in FourFourTwo, he may now be their second most important Galactico, only behind Cristiano Ronaldo. And he continued to play a key role in midfield after the changes in the roster that took place last summer, so coping with his injury-induced absence is currently the biggest challenge Ancelotti is facing.
One man always knew Modric was going to be a huge success at the biggest stage, despite the recurring doubts that followed him wherever he went.
In every club he played for, theyd first say hes weak and lightweight. But his seemingly slight build is deceptive. Luka is strong, said Tomislav Basic, one of Modrics early coaches, when I interviewed him back in the summer of 2012. Youll see, it may take some time, but he will become a key player for Real Madrid. I know this, he concluded.
Basic is often credited as the man who made Modric.
He was the one who took him under his wing, worked with him individually and helped build his confidence. When Real Madrid won the Champions League, Modric dedicated the win to his old coach who passed away just three months before that (via ESPNFC) and never got to see the biggest moment in his disciples career.
The Croatian mini-maestro deserves a place among the very best on any annual best players list. If there is one detail, one feature of his play that sets him apart, then coach Basic described it best.
Notice how he moves towards the ball to receive the pass and controls it with a single touch before making a half-turn to create space or evade a challenge. No one else can do it quite like him.
Who the fuck is Medran?
13,000 posts for a conference they have no concrete info on and which doesn't star for another three days.
Any win will do
Our defence is still awful and at least 3 of the back 5 will be prone in the air
Will be a tough game for us

Baloondoor 2020
I've had TLOU:Remastered for a couple of weeks now, and I've barely played it because the entire game fills me with a sense of dread that I really just don't enjoy.

Baloondoor 2020
You should play it through. My favourite game of all time.
I think you're being unfair on QoS calling it lazy. It's not Craig or the directors fault the writers went on strike and they had to finish the bulk of the script.
No Rooney confirmed.

That would have been a problem if they didn't pull it off. But they make it work imo. Current Bond is also much more about the person and less about the gadgets craze we had in every Bond film before. The gadget stuff made sense back in the day when people were still really into technoligcal revolution, introducing the computer and cell phones and stuff like that. But by the time of Brosnan they just came up with stuff for the sake of having crazy gadgets. Q became a humour part for the films.
Yeah, the car chase at the beginning was ace too.
FUCK YES
Really the only thing that bothered me is the shaky cam on some of the action setpieces. The rest was good since I always consider it like DLC to Casino Royale and never took it too seriously.
for fuck's sake i put him in for Costa this week
