He rated Shelvey as he saw him as one of the few in the team who could score. Over the course of the season, other players have stepped up and Jonjo now can't hit a proverbial barn door.

He's far too raw. Consider that he primarily plays in the same position as Coutinho, and Coutinho is a few months younger, and you can see the issue.
