I don't think so. Wasn't Moutinho's buy-out €30m and James' €40m? Obviously James would be the more expensive player since he's in a more premium position and is younger.

It looks like Sporting's 25% sell-on was on the profit from the original move.

That's why apparently (might not be true) they sold Moutinho for 1m and James for 69m.

Or not.

Untrue, official numbers are

45M€ for James Rodriguez

25M€ for Moutinho

Already communicated to the CMVM (Market Commission)

Yes but these things are always negotiated, and Portos president is one hell of a negotiator, with both the players and other clubs.

Nah, looks like that was bullshit. Funny rumor though.

To ensure the economic rights and sports the two athletes Monaco paid 70 million euros (45 by James, Moutinho 25), in which happens to be the biggest deal in the history of Portuguese football.

Congrats James. I don't have to burn my Porto shirt now!

David Moyes, who takes over as United boss on 1 July, said: "I would like to put on record the club's thanks for everything Mike and Eric have done. I will be looking to appoint my own members of coaching staff at some point in the future, however, I’d like to take this opportunity to give them both our best wishes for their future careers."

Why the fuck would Meulensteen leave? I don't understand what Moyes plans to do if he doesn't want to use one of the best GK coaches in the world.

United must be banking on Moyes being a success. I imagine it's not took lightly to remove two highly successful coaches.

Will be hilarious if you end up sacking Moyes after a few seasons.

This is absolutely brilliant.

Saw there was a rumor Chelsea were interested in Yilmaz. I think any top club not at least exploring that option is crazy. He's clearly in his prime and has had 3 great years in a row. You don't get 8 goals in 9 UCL appearances without being top class.

Not as hilarious as sacking almost your entire management team the season after winning the premier league for the first time ever.

Hopefully that is it as far as coaches leaving goes. It would make no sense to continually dismiss coaches each week for the next couple of months and sap the morale of all the staff. Just get it done in one go. Maybe he simply thought his own goalkeeping coach and Steve Round were better, and Steele and Phelan mutually decided now was time to move on.

If rumblings and sackings continue on and Meulensteen leaves, then I'll be pissed.

Just look at Shinji and the pictures.

-Shinji holds Rppmey in high regard and that Japan's image of Rppmey is wrong. Thinks of him as a gentle guy and hopes to be like him in the future.
-Doesn't go out by himself that much. Although the image of a footballer is seen as flashy, it's really plain.
-Can't understand Fergie. English (not American English) is really hard.
