Good tip! Now I can spend more on loot boxes.
You are reason they put this stuff in game...

Nah you can use mods on endurance. You just couldn't on the race he was doing because it was a showcase with a borrowed car.
So what was that post earlier about the highest reward from an endurance race being currently around 350k? You should be able to get a bigger reward for doing a max length endurance race on Spa, Nordschleife or Le Mans.
I haven't done any regular endurance events myself so don't know the facts on them.
I just know that the reason the Spa event didn't let you use mods was because it was a showcase event. Whether the rule is a good thing, I'm not saying, but that's the reason, not because it was endurance.
Hang on a second, are people saying that I cannot use my twenty-five 100% credit boost cards on endurance races?.
How many non showcase endurance races are there?
So I took two for the team and brought two 'lucky car crates' which have chance for a legendary car (wish they'd put the actual chance somewhere, if they were regulated gambling they'd have too.....) for 300'000cr each, and this is what I got..
Crate 1
A mod card worth 8,500cr
A suit, no cr value
A badge, no cr value
A 2017 Formula E worth 90'000cr
Total worth 98'500cr
Crate 2
A mod card worth 8'500cr
A suit, no cr value
A badge, no cr value
A Lotus 77 worth 235'000cr
Total worth 243'500cr
You'd have to be very lucky to break even cr wise, and if you aren't interested in badges or suits, your cr would be better spent elsewhere IMO.
In the five tiers I've unlocked there's only one showcase endurance event.
Meanwhile you can turn any regular event into an endurance by choosing the very long option. Then use the mod cards on them.

By the way what's the cheapest loot box that gives you a chance to unlock a car (any car)?
I think the 70k basic crate will only give you up to 'rare' cars, and the 100k only up to 'super rare'
At those prices you're much better off saving your credits and buying the cars you actually want.
It will be interesting to see how this all meshes with the auction house once that is open.
That'll be the driving force, especially with limited run cars.At those prices you're much better off saving your credits and buying the cars you actually want.

The auction house will be full of cars that nobody wants and all the rarest cars will be picked up and modified by the legendary tuners and designers and they will put them up at huge starting bids.
Loot crates for cars is the lowest of the low especially as some cars seem to only be obtainable via loot crates.
So, these loot boxes are FM7's version of FH3's spins, or what? I liked spins.

No, you had an option to get spins by level progression, here the only way is to buy them. So, these loot boxes are FM7's version of FH3's spins, or what? I liked spins.
I'm actually still deciding between ignoring them to show a big middle finger to M$ and buying only the cheapest mod packs to make the grind less painful. ;p
Aha. Now I understand the kerfuffle.Yes and no. You got wheelspins from playing the game, you don't get any loot crates until you decide to buy them
23 lap endurance showrace complete. That was brutal. I'm not new to racing games but I usually ignore those sorts of things as I don't have it in me.
Took me 59 minutes. Best lap was 2:30:394. Yes I suck at these games.
Nice chunk of XP though(I am aware the 30 second test track spam would yield alot more in 59 minutes but that is far too boring).
Yeah the max level crate doesn't seem worth it at all.
I've been buying 20k crates for mods and then using them on long races. Getting pretty good credit return.
So...the 69 Lap one would be almost 3 hours long...

Sebring endurance in Forza 6 was over 3 hours if I remember correctly. And in rain. ;p
"Forza Motorsport 7" will let players use their personal playlists via OneDrive. We're excited to make this feature available at a later date. Stay tuned.
...While various background music is currently in-game, for now, customization options are somewhat limited. In the meantime, we recommend using background audio support through the official applications for Spotify, Groove or Pandora on Xbox One.
Just found a funny bug in the tier 5 autocross event.
How many gates?
It didn't seem to cause any problems completing the event.
You must really like autocross.
you can enable it with new ones in inspectorSo which NVIDIA driver should i use to have gsync enabled?
Yeah but neither is a pre-defined system to control the game not to place dynamics at the heart of the action. Besides that full dynamics are somewhat random within reason i.e. not going from a bright clear day to a snowstorm in a matter of a minute.Being able to mess with weather settings freely doesn't dictate a dynamic weather system. There could be a number of reasons the settings aren't fully available to players. But having the environment change in different weather conditions and having day to night/night to day is a dynamic system. Forza 6 is prebaked as in no changing at all so less gpu/CPU load to handle
Sad to read. Be grateful though, it's better than no dynamics whatsoever.TOD is not manually selectable (so it doesn't look like there is a way to start the race at a precise time such as 3pm for example), nor can you dictate time progression speed manually from what I've seen. Night racing is not available on all tracks either.
The weather/night stuff is not available on a lot of tracks where it would make sense as well. Time progresses to night time on every race track in the world so I don't know what their excuse there is. Wet weather racing also happens on a lot of tracks that it's omitted from - did you see the recent Monza F1 Gran Prix? The whole "no two races will be the same" stuff looks to be marketing BS.
It's a series of prebaked scenarios for the tracks it's available on and it would have been a lot of work/testing (and data) for them to extend that across all tracks. I would much rather they were honest about that fact rather than coming in hot with the whole "everything is fully dynamic this time" bullshit.
They need to make it clearer that those requirements are minimum because some of the more seasoned players are looking at those mods and saying "wtf is this trash".
I wonder what the production run for cars bought at the speciality dealer mean:
I can't get on with a wheel in this game... Just can't, it's serviceable for me but I get more vibration feedback from the Xbox one controller and it's impulse triggers. That's not good.
Maybe how many people around the world that have bought the car in the game?
