Flyingpirhana don't get me wrong the game will be incredible. Just not new of an experience for me to pay $60 from the little I e seen so far.
People should have fun with the game. I would too if I got it. Do I have $60 to throw around osbthe question. I got resistance 3 with the move and sharpshooter as a gift and I'm returning that to pick up F1 2011...so I don't think I'm being unfair.
Yeah, that's cool. I know it's not for everybody. I just am not sure what people expect is all. I mean, honestly, there are a lot of things that "can" be added in every sequel but they can't cram a bunch of crap that 'might' work out, you end up like some other game. Most of the things people say are great are from different games ... weather from PGR4, physics from iRacing, tracks from Shift ... I mean, there's a reason each one of those aspects shine and they aren't in one game (yet).
I guess with last generation and this generation I've gotten used to sequels where they improve upon something without taking away what makes it great. It really just comes down to "did they improve upon enough?" and for me they have, for you they haven't.
And how much is the trade in for the sharpshooter? Been thinking of picking one of those up.

Some reviewers have the game now. Heard Jeff mention on yesterdays giantbombcast that he has it.
Also, I just played a few hours of Forza 3 with the Fanatec Turbo S, holy shit, belt driven wheels are AWESOME (SO SMOOTH!). Trying F3 with the fanatec just skyrocketed my hype for Forza 4.
This might also be why I'm more excited for it than others, I have the GT2, Rennsport Wheelstand, and CSP (hopefully by launch but other things came up so maybe not) ready for this bad boy!
I played my first playthrough of Forza 3 with a pad. Then I got a wheel and GT5, upgraded my wheel from the Carerra to the GT2 just recently and rebought Forza 3 LE ... it's a whole new world!
