@Jay Rock: I can understand being disappointed with his output but who knows how much control he has over it? Besides, dude has potential just like the other TDE cats. They just need to get their asses moving. I also dislike the notion that TDE should treat them like indie artists.. I mean isn't it a label's job trying to build up artists to become bigger and bigger?
No idea man, but I for one am still interested in listening his work. I can't write him off this easily cuz a) like Courage said he has some fantastic shit under his belt and b) TDE is known for being embarrassingly bad with managing their artists.

You don't understand us cuz you too soft TALIBAN BANDS RUN EM STRAIGHT THROUGH THE MACHINERY. Best trap album I've heard in a long time.
I think it's a dope album but I only need it for a few instances. It's a little overhyped but more deserving of that acclaim than the utterly mediocre Barter 6. Barter has some fantastic choruses but some fuck awful verses. DS2 also has better replay value. After Blow A Bag I tune out though. Deluxe is pointless. Definitely not my AOTY, but like a top 10 finisher I bet.
Compton on the other hand is another 6.5 album or so. Dope production for the most part, but definitely too busy quite a few times. Has some great verses/features, but holy fuck the choruses kill some songs completely. The first track has that awful ass Justus chorus "One day I'm gonna have everything".. Fuck off. Kendrick, Game, Paak, and Xzibit do their damn thing though. Dre's verse on Genocide is so obviously Kendrick penned lmao.

HOWEVER
DS2 is top 3 as of right now
especially if you judge it off the standard edition and not the deluxe
higher than that for me but I will admit one of my favourite games is "guess the ghostwriter" on that album lol
So say I liked DS2 but want to check out another, consistent Future project. What's the (next) best thing?
