Yeah, I don't see the point in listening to someone sing a few seconds of a song. If anything, I dislike the three minute time constraints on most singing competitions and wish they would do longer arrangements.

I wouldn't watch it. A few seconds of singing per person is not entertaining. Plus, the whole idea of the show is to crown a winner to become one of the judges backup singers. So, it's pretty much what Beyonce did behind the scenes when she put together Destiny's Child. Not here for that.
