Holy CRAP!
Episode 5: Good episode. I actually laughed at a few of the jokes, and the pace was excellent. Instead of depending on a single lame joke for the entire story, they had a few different beats along the way and a good ending. Felt a lot like Michiko at some points too. Liked it.
Episode 6: WOW. This is the best episode of Panty and Stocking ever. Saying too much will spoil it, but wow. I never imagined I would ever see anything like this in anime or TV. Mind blown but it was not only super original, but it was awesome. Some really great visuals and animation too. A+++
This week has single handedly reinforced my decision to continue watching this series.

pretty good episodes. i actually preferred the first one this time around.
Episode 5 - Very entertaining, surprised by the level of quality contained within this episode, as the first half is usually not as good.
Episode 6 - They are no words, it's good thing i went into this unspoiled, as i could not believe the subject manner of this episode when i started it.:lol

Ep7 was funny and exactly what I would want out of this show. The episode played on the audience's expectations of the established behavior of the characters, and it story was well thought out and funny throughout. Great visual gags too.
Ep8 wasn't anywhere as funny. The animation style was pretty cute, and I liked some of the ideas in it, but it was basically one long overextended joke. Like in ep3 and 4, it just felt like a concept that couldn't sustain 12 minutes of humor. By the end it felt so recycled it was boring and lame rather than funny.

Regarding episode seven, I wasn't expecting the first instance of full frontal boobage to be that.

WTF at the 2nd part. What were they paying homage to? I do love crazy tone shifts like that, but it was kind of depressing.
I felt this week's set was kinda... average. They both had good ideas, but it didn't really feel like they took full advantage of the situation. I didn't dislike either episode, but I was definitely disappointed that they didn't amaze me, especially considering the staff. Ep10 in particular felt like a huge waste because the art was so original but it never really went anywhere.
This episode was VERY well composed. I expected the worst from a full length episode of Pansto but somehow it really worked. Using half the episode for pure build up and the second half for insane action was very effective because they managed to create a very convincing and credible opposition.
Also, I think making this episode effectively not a gag was also pretty smart of Imaishii. Instead of making it a full length gag episode, they played the story completely straight - introduction of a real enemy threat, the heroes must overcome the boss-class villains, etc. Instead of gags were all in the form of the visuals and the elements which made up the story itself, and as such it did not fizzle itself out.
The explosion in the end was a great piece of animation too.
