Well deserved. Not the best year for gaming as far as number of titles but the quality ones were special. I think we'll look back fondly on 2022.

Easy choice. Nothing else came close this year, or any recent year for that matter.

Miyazaki is the great game director in the world atm. FROMs output, both quality and quantity, is unparalleled.

This might be the best thing ever happened. Not because its just a god tier game, but because this winning gonna allow him to make games even more ambitious. This is where the games scenario needs to be, more creativity and no fucking scum shit business practices.

Well deserved. Good shit From. Never would I have thought this game would sell nearly 14 million copies. COT DAMN. At least DLC is on the table officially as the translator said "we still have more to do with Elden Ring".

Good to see Dark Souls 2 DLC finally win an award.

Bloodborne>DS3>DS1>DS2>Elden Ring

Just goes to show you make anything open world and it will win GOTY by default.

If CoD goes open world next year, BOTW2 has no shot.
