Any tips on making just the cannabutter? I was thinking of trying new cooking methods, particularly with ABV. Only problem is figuring out the dose.

I usually don't do the proper straining method, which can take many hours. Instead I just cook it with the ABV since its only like a 30-60min process.
I essentially use a variation of this (without the crackers):
1. Get a wad of Nutella/PeanutButter put it in a muffin cup
If you don't have one of those lying around you can use parchment paper:
2. Mix/Stir the ABV into it for a minute. The idea is to get as much ABV covered by butter as possible. Sorry I don't have exact measurements but I roughly do about 3 or 4 pinches (1g?) of ABV per tablespoon.
3. Cover the cup completely with foil, airtight but obviously not crushing the butter.
I use a toaster oven since its quick and easy. Since its hard to estimate how much hotter it gets in a more enclosed toaster oven I usually do that 250degrees at about 10-20min depending on how much you are making.
4. ENJOY! You can put the cannabutter in or on pretty much anything. I've used it in milkshakes, Ice cream, PBJ.

I actually just came to ask about something similar. Has anyone tried a THC vape pen? Sounds like fun, and maybe more cost effective. Stuff is expensive.

Depends how much you drink/smoke and I guess everyone is different. Alcohol hangovers ruin me but I do ok on a stoneover.

I have an oil one but I don't really use it anymore. the high is different and I don't quite like it as much. also it shoots your tolerance up really fast

I enjoy my pax. It's discreet and their is hardly any odor. I'd have people in my house and specific room and they have no idea. Even at work. A great purchase.

Sometimes...I think so? Not after smoking because I don't smoke, but after a long vape or edible session, I may feel something.
Then again, it's hard to tell. I've done it on work nights and on off nights. The next day at work I'll feel off but then I'll realize I feel like that anyway since my job is mundane and makes my brain nearly shut down. On off days I've gone to sleep really late, gotten up only after 4-6 hours of sleep and felt fine enough to go to the gym completely clear headed. If anything there's almost a "refreshed" feeling at times the next morning, which seems weird at first.
It's hard to truly pin down the effects.
Also, thanks FantasticMrFoxdie for the recipe. I'll try it out once I've built up enough ABV again.

Mine started to smell quite a bit so I had to stop bringing it to work and make a janky steamroller out of a bolt and a toilet paper tube. Works like a dream.

Got the solo and fired it up yesterday, it's fantastic. Bought the power adapter with it but I haven't even needed to use it at this point. Definitely a different experience, tastes so much better/cleaner and it seems much more efficient in getting you ripped. A little green goes a long way. Interested to try it while out, obviously not as portable as others but it still seems doable. Saving up my abv as well.
Feels good driving around in that game for hours.

Looked and there is a kratom thread but its old and last time the old threads get locked if bumped.
Has anyone here taken kratom right before bed. I made some gel caps of it and had just one right before bed. I woke up to go piss and knew what was going on but then when I got back to bed closing my eyes I was right back in the dream. Googling shows that lucid dreaming is really popular when using some strains of kratom. I was just using the bali strain from herbal salvation. I guess other opiates can do this too but it was the first time I had that kind of experience. Not a fan really. Lucid dreaming sounds neat in concept but I think after time all of your reality and dreaming would become mushed and I'd be fucked.

Water pipes are smoother, the water filters out more of the irritants from smoke (I think I remember hearing like 80% or something but idk if that's accurate), while leaving the cannabinoids essentially intact since they aren't water soluble.
That definitely seems preferable. Thanks for the quick reply btw, going to buy one tomorrow morning.

That's one reason a bong is nice because I can toss some ice in with the water since it feels like it cools the smoke down a lot more. I've used some nice water pipes too though with multiple water chambers and whatnot.

I'm going to recommend windwaker, playing through that amazing game stoned is fantastic.
I imagined the HD cel shaded visuals would look fucking amazing while blazed.
Also the storytelling in WindWaker is great, the music is incredible, and the long sailing sections are probably more bearable while stoned.
