By the end of 2017, I hope Jack from RE7 is in contention for best new character. That dude totally loves being an unkillable monstrosity, and it's amazing.

Red Eye 2008ish was a genuinely entertaining, silly show on a usually insanely uptight network. It had a period of being quite watchable. The fun police put an end to that after a while, though.

I couldn't believe at first that they awarded hottest mess for persona 5 but I think they made their case at the end.

I hope Yakuza 0 is up there.
Guys, it's payday and I want to treat myself to a new game. I'm leaning towards either Final Fantasy XV or Yakuza 0.
I have never played a Yakuza game before, but the internet frenzy of this one has me curious. Also because of that chicken gif. I used to play previous Final Fantasy games religiously when I was younger but fell off the series at XIII. Kinda hoping it comes to PC at some point as I would prefer to play it there.

Yakuza 0 had me hooked within 30 minutes. I played ffxv for 8 hours and kept waiting for it to get better, hoping the combat and the characters would click with me, but they never did . Get yakuza, you won't be disappointed .

FFXV isn't worth it, at least not at full price. it was a slog playing it for the opening hours actively trying to like it and waiting for it to get interesting.
Counter point - if you're having a cold winter and need a space heater/white noise machine in a pinch FF is great for raising your room temp by 5 degrees while making your ps4 sound like a jet.

Ahh sounds like Uncharted 4 all over again! I am surprised my PS4 didn't actually take off while playing that game.

Yeah, I remember because it might've made 2016's GotYs a bit worse.
