Hitman Absolution starts with 47 assassinating a showering Diana Burnwood.

I think they just kinda brush that story aside when making Hitman 2016

Absolution spoilers:

He didn't actually kill her, she survived the shot and is alive in the end because 47 spared her.

The intro movie to Hitman 2016 shows a kill from Absolution, so I'm sure it's still canonical.

I don't mind the actual screen battery life, I'm talking about standby time.

And I have the new 3DS and the abttery life is just as bad in that regard.

I can't leave the 3DS in my bag without the battery dying because it keeps trying to streetpass. Like the vita can last weeks on standby because it doesn't have that shitty feature.

You should be able to do that for any games that you have detecting street pass.

Edit: It's a shame about the Powerbombcast, but I can't totally blame them. I enjoy the PPVs still for the most part, but the overall direction is still really lacking and the McMahon association with Trump is hard to get past.

Playing Paris in Hitman on the new professional difficulty made me feel like how Brad and Dan looked playing Hitman on default difficulty.

I really wanna see the duders play it now.

It's pretty good...not only did they take out the opportunity tracking they either took out or moved the items for those opportunities.

Managed to get Silent Assassin - brought my own poison for Novikov's drink (though I suppose you could just get Dalia's jar of poison by killing her first) and use the bathroom to clear out 3 guards and then shot Dalia when she was alone in her room.

I got 111 on the leaderboard - top score finished the damn thing in 2 minutes and 46 seconds.

I hope not. A few weeks back the Bombcast were pitching ideas for Season 2 Hitman levels and Dan put out the idea of a kill at a wrestling match.

But they already did that in Absolution.

So I finally decided to actually look and see how long Yakuza 0 is and this game is 50 hours+?

I am enjoying it so far but man. I wonder if it can pull that length off.

I played the first 12 hours of it pretty slowly picking up sub stories but I think I'm just going to mainline now

Listening to Drew talk about x-plane and go into real planes it took me a second to realize he wasn't talking about the game anymore. Drew is forever the king of adventure.

I went through the first third of the podcast almost convinced that Peter Brown was actually just Drew pitched down.

I'm still not convinced that this isn't the case.

Man, when Dan switched coasts I was a bit worried we'd be over saturated with the flood of Jeff/Brad content that I was sure was coming. But they've timed their absences so that there's only been 3 QLs with the two of them. I want more! I did not expect that.

Really hope Alex and Dan focus in the side stories in yakuza just did the most amazing one

You have to stealth buy a porno mag for a 10 year old boy

Love hearing Peter go deep into old games with Jeff.

Awesome podcast.

I like how they're holding off saying Brad quit by saying he's off doing personal stuff.

I can do old Bombcast summaries too!

In the 03-31-2009 Bombcast, Brad says, and I quote:

"I played a game at GDC that I expected very little from going in and then loved the hell out of, and it's called League of Legends: Clash of Fates"
