Oh nice, actually got the SSR Druj. Didnt think Id be that lucky after the Unite & Fight event I could get anything good.
If people would actually read this topic. Yes there is Nightmare Druj, level 70 one. Iam not so high leveled, but for me:
- VH Goat takes 5 turns to solo.
- Extreme Druj takes 12-14 turns to solo
- Nightmare Druj takes 7-8 turns to solo
First try nm Druj is always 0 ap, I have done 3, shitty drops so far, tho it gives 25000 honors.
Strong element + weapon pool makes this event piece of cake. Finally event where I enjoy killing enemies, so easy.
I've gone from "event rewards are shit" to "Well, this is one chance to get a decent MLB light summon" and "I have LJeanne, SSR Io and SR Feather, I should make my Light team secondary for wind and dark bosses, so I'd better farm this event for at least MLB summon", rather than buffing up my team in other ways since I was too terrible-tier to do anything last GW.
This is all your fault.
I will be getting my hands on these GranBlue strap collection this month.
Let me know if you want a set because I really want to get rid of all of these other than the ones I want.

Yeah, Vira (I did use ST to get Vira). makes the difference. In first VH try (which I somehow cleared with brute force) I didnt know what to expect, didnt use Vira at 50% mark. Got those stupid azures (blue & red) and suddenly my party did like 20% (or less) of normal damage.
Extreme & Nightmare Drujs just hit hard and they have aoe but no damage reduction bs.
Hush. Apparently there's a "Nightmare" version of this raid boss. But... not a raid, solo? Considering I cannot beat Very Hard alone, it should be no surprise that I lost easily. At least it was no AP cost.

Event with tweetdeck proto bahamuts are coming slow for me. I don't have a lot of time to sit in front of the computer waiting for it and sometimes there are 30-40min dry spells. At this point I'm mostly interested in getting the GW weapon to wind. I see it as in reach but still kind of far.
The orbs are plaguing me now. The 2 angel halos I saw yesterday were not star and this morning's was also not. Hoping I get a full hour with it today.

You can Favorite them under their item profile, which prevents them from being sold or absorbed. If you have one, you can also get a Weapon Stash for 500 Crystals. Gives you more space and allows you flexibility to separate many items from your standard inventory.
Favourite those items, if you dont have Stash, use 500 crystals to buy Stash.
Also note that not all Rares are skill items. Those without skill are just exp fodder (or sell them).

I hate the casino so much. I should have just grabbed more copies of anat when I had 6.5 million and then just grind out my daily needs. Instead I went on an epic losing streak and I've been floating between 500k and 2 mil ever since. It's beyond frustrating. Worst part of the game.

Need some wind weapon pool advice...
Just got my second fist to drop. So now I have two fists and two guns. I use the guns in my weapon pool but my fist has just been sitting in the reserves because it has such low base attack. Now that I have a second fist, should I just star my first fist or just level my second one as well and replace the two SR magna weapons in my pool?
For reference a level 40 fist has 1046 base attack compared to 1440 of the lower SR level 75 weapons.
I guess I have to try and figure out that damage calculator to see which is greater. Base 400 attack or an extra 3% skill modifier.
I'm also sitting on over 5,000 valor because I'm undecided on the best weapon to buy. Probably another gun?

I only bought 1 Tiamat gun before I moved on to a different element. I found out I could easily kill Tiamat myself so I rather concentrated on an element that I had difficulty with.
You can buy another gun if you want. But I also suggest you replace the non-magna weapons with regular Max LB SB Tiamat guns.
Max LB SR Tiamat guns are still better than most of the non-magna weapons you use. And they are a good replacement until you find a SSR Tiamat gun to replace them.

Good suggestions. I was actually considering saving the valor for a tougher element. Like light perhaps.
So do you use any fists in your pool? The two SSR fists in my inventory is killing me. Not sure what to do with them.
I can't get a single debuff to land on Catoblepas turning him into something I could possibly solo if I get him broken, to something I'm lucky to get to 50%.
I was running dark fencer with arrow rain 3 but nothing would stick so I changed it to the superstar debuff resistance skill and that gets resisted too. I have no chance of breaking him without getting a def down in him and no chance at all against him if I can't at least get delay and gravity to work

Yeah. I want to keep a slot open for the first because in case I don't get the gun, I don't want the fist to be fodder. It's a pretty decent replacement until you get more guns. It has more HP but since you use Rosetta, the extra HP doesn't hurt at all.

that's a big help.So you're really all in on the guns. I guess I may just LB1 my fist and use that in place of one of the crappy SSR normals I have. Then build up a second MLB SR gun to replace the other normal weapon. And keep looking for guns. The two I have now are LB0 so I need plenty. Going to keep the Rosetta dagger as long as possible. The ougi effect is the same as the GW dagger.
I may or may not buy another SSR gun. I might be best off just saving that for light though. That's looking like my next element.

Getting into raids and everyone can deal damage until the final eight of health, then we just sit there for 40 minutes waiting for someone to come and deal the final blow, lol.
Lol this event VH raid boss takes out most of my team once it hits overlimit. I guess I'm not high enough level for this event?
Also do skills that heal all allies affect other teams? I accidentally killed my entire team with a heal so now I'm worried about killing everyone lol

Nah it's only if you trigger a bosses buff that effects other players
Summon and avatar skills (i.e. Apollo's ATK up or Bishop's heal) usually affect everyone in a raid, while character's buffs usually don't.
There are exceptions for avatar buffs (I don't know a single character that applies buffs to other parties in a raid, but there might be). Off the top of my head, Enhancer's Double/Triple Attack rate up doesn't seem to affect other parties.
In any case, if it's a buff, and you get honors after using it, you probably applied it to the whole raid.

I'm guessing you're meant to really go for 3 boxes plus the Druj from Honor points (not counting RNG drops from raid boss), so the first would be 1/4 of the way, on completely average luck (which as we all know doesn't happen on such a small sample size, lol)

It's a visual glitch. Druj is the dinosaur summon.
Usually the description will tell you. If it says "all parties" then it affects everyone. If it says "all allies" then it does not.
What's the best way to get Champion Merits? Through events? Or is there a way to farm them outside events?

Champion merits primarily come from events and proto bahamut raids. This event is a great example of the former. The honor point rewards have a bunch of champion merits. To do the bahamut raids you need to be rank 50 to join and rank 80 to host and they are pretty rare.
You can get raid animas a few ways, casino you can buy 3 gold per day. Doing the hard version of the raid (up to 3x per day) will drop silver and gold animas. Silver can be turned into gold at a ratio of 3 to 1 and using a crystal thing that drops from the omega version of the raids. The gold animas can be used to host the omega version of the raid yourself. Best reason to do so is getting a red chest which has a higher chance of getting one of the SSR weapons.

So I have sidewinder, dark fencer and Hawkeye as tier 3 classes maxed. What's next? I find I can't MVP tiamat because even with dark fencer and the bonus 5% debuff from emp, I can't land any debuffs.
Superstar? Holy saber? Weapon master? Maybe dump some emp into Hawkeye or something?

SS and HS seem to be commonly recommended. I actually use SS more than DF. I am not ashamed to say that I use SS a lot simply because of my MC's dance moves. And his outfit.
