"Other" gacha has some stuff that is affected by rates (previous 10 draw on other tab, as well as 1 SR or SSR ticket for completing panel mission is affected by legend fes I heard). This one will be affected as well I think.

Doooon't! SSR gacha weapons are better off being reduced if you aren't going to use them. They yield more mats than "free" SSR.

As far as I remember Legfest usually later - last time it was on 28th, March one was also around that time.
It's just last month GW was later than usual (it was till May, 2nd), so they got mixed together.
