I actually can't stand the event. Extreme of any of the bosses isn't too tough for my team but it is time consuming and costs so much AP. All for an SR character. The weapons are pretty nice though but with the half AP/ep stuff going on I just haven't been willing to put in the time.

I just want guild wars dammit.

main problem of the event is that its basically two events running at the same time

there's no overlap besides they are both from street fighter and you have to farm from the two bosses on each side if you want to get everything

I basically only focused on mlb street weapon and don't even care about anything in the sfv part

Yeah, I'd best start actually getting the beginnings of a weapon pool now rather than a hodgepodge of characters and weapons essentially carried by 200% Grand Orders.

Karin seems pretty dang good. She has an attack that hits everyone and a unique self buff that's pretty strong.

For an SR I think she's definitely at least A tier. She needs some support but she pumps out the damage.

In this idiot's opinion anyway~

Is it possible to farm the SR white rabbit now? He was the random extra summon that came when the game gives you a chance to summon 2 monsters and then Luminara dropped her SSR summon so I'm convinced.

Also, anyone know the name of the quest in chapter 25 for the SR mushroom girl?

Not sure about rabbit but mushroom girl is Golonzos battle of old. SR units only.

When they add new characters like this, do they eventually get put into the normal pool or are they gone forever when the time's up?

the N and SR will be added

the SSR when announced mentioned it would be gone (but will come back someday) at the beginning of the May

Congrats. I love the image of Biso--er, I mean Vega, knocking Ryu off of his feet.

I'm getting close myself, just a few more item drops from Necalli and Karin is mine (I already have Chun Li). Man, it's going to be nice to use this AP on story/Fate quests and not this event (until the Guild War event starts in a few days >_<).

Yeah. My wind team is doing ok. I've dropped lennah for a random R unit to get the bonus when gaming hard raids and I make sure to wipe to get both R backups into my own summoned omega raids. I have 3100 honor points now. Maybe I'll get that 5k in a week or two lol.

Just try to get those SR/R bonuses, they are the most efficient way to max out.

I dont always clear those raids either but at this point I'm fine just dieing and then opening them up for other people.

Also, can anyone explain co-op to me? I haven't bothered trying it, but it seems that is where all the money comes from, and I need it for the last 2 pin board quests.

I got Chun-li but the drop rate on VH for Karin is horrible. I'll just get the fist character tickets and call it a day.

Hope she isn't actually interesting to use.

The omega version very very very rarely drops animas and usually only from a red box (MVP or hosting it). You are going to get the lion's share from the hard version of the raid, buying them from the casino and co-op rewards.

Finally got to the point where I can beat Very Hard Bison. Guess the tipping point was upgrading all the weapons in my pool.

Now to try and grind it out in the remaining days I have.

So if you had Arriet and Feena, but could only uncap one of them from 60 --> 70, who would you choose?

Arriet's got:
  • Big boost to foe mode bar reduction effect for all allies (not sure what this means)
  • 1-turn cut to skill cool down for an ally
  • Boost to allies ATK/speed up charge bar
  • Support skill is Boost to allies debut success rate, charge attack is Massive WIND damage to a foe/Sleep

Feena's got:
  • WIND damage to all foes/ Hits to DEF
  • Dodge all attacks from foes/Big boost to ATK
  • Boost to multiattack rate
  • Support skill is "crush" during triple attack, and charge attack is massive WIND damage/Boost to damage based on Crush level

Thoughts?

are you not using both of them either way? they aren't the same role so i figure you should compare what actually gets buffed between 60-80 and not the whole skillset

henriette's team buff goes from 25% atk to 30% and charge 1.25 to 1.3
feena's dodge goes from 30% atk up to 50%

Ahhh I see. Do you have to be the MVP in the hard version to get it or does it just drop by chance?

I'm not sure if farming for this nerd was worth it, but he'll be good as a stat stick at the very least. The fuckin' normal animas were more of a chokepoint than the Omegas, which ran freely.

Need more 40% auras in my pool.

Well I'm actually looking to probably build a wind team. With those two ssrs and the two street fighters I've got an ok team coming along. Also have better wind summons than anything else save light (Odin).

You only need lb0. Get Anat in casino. Lb0 anat is better than this summon.

Do you all know that if you leave the app running on background it will sometimes warn you to update the app and refresh (using chrome)? Don't leave a mission running this way if you are using Yoda, he'll lose all his stacks.

I finally started playing this yesterday, only to realize that the SF event is over in 2 days, D:. I don't have any shot of unlocking Chun-Li or Karin, do I?

My Party options

I currently am Rank 18.

I haven't tried to get mats for Karin yet, but I have been grinding Training Mode for loyality, level ups and Victory Symbols / Silver Shadaloo Emblems. However, I only have 2/20 Gold Shadaloo Emblems, which I'm pretty sure came from Arcade, and no Super Combo Symbols. I imagine the latter comes from the bosses.

I can barely beat the Hard Training Mode and Normal Arcade modes. Sagat stomped me, so I haven't wasted any further AP on bosses attempts.
