A different starting zone, or a different Megaserver?
If it's the first, head into your racial city (it's very close to where you start as a new character) and look for the swirly purple icon that marks the portals; you want the one for Lion's Arch. From there you can head to any of the other towns.
If it's the second, if you're in the same zone and in a group, right click his/her portrait and select the "Join in ..." option.
Best I can tell is there have been optimization for the first few story missions in order to farm BL keys.

You lucky so and so. I bought a few lockpicks before and when the sandstorm came around I couldn't find a buried box for the life of me.
Are you gonna keep it or sell it? Or try and get the bandana and make the combined piece
Pretty much sums-up everytime I have issues with the game
The other confusing thing is that aspects don't work like a bundle (that you un-equip by switching weapons) but like costumes/siege machines.
And icing on the cake if you're an engineer, when an aspect times-out it will automatically throw you out of your current weapon kit.

Events pop-up more or less on a timer, if you complete them you increase your Zephyrite 'reputation', you can go up to tier 4 at which it would seem new things happen.
Each Tier also unlocks access to certain things at merchants.
It seems 'reputation' is reset at the end of every sandstorm, so you want to get all events done as quick as possible, which doesn't necessary need organization, but it sure helps if you're aiming for T4. (T2 usually happens on it's own, i've seen one or two T3 at the last minute on crowded maps)

Eh, most jumps are tricky solely because the camera behaves like shit in close quarters. This is amplified on larger character models.
Then there is the terrain with bad pathing, where you arent sure if you'll slide right off or not.
Do I enjoy the JP's? Sure. Could they be done significantly better? Yerp.

As far as is the map like BB, I would say not really but there is some team work needed to an extent. You don't need to have 6 perfectly timed groups or anything, but some of the Champ fights are designed to try and be anti-AFK zerg mode.
The Three-Toed Tootsie for example needs CC/interupts every now and then to stop it running away like a headless chicken and healing up. Sure you could kind of get lucky with people happening to do it, but the fight is a lot easier once a group knows that they need to throw CC out. Unfortunately nothing to the extent of the pavillion but ahh well!

I just completed the Dry Top 'meta'! There was one last Lost Coin that someone showed me which was in a SUPER sneaky spot. I might make a WebM/GIF of where it is because I bet most people with only a couple left have this one still to get. Then Nochtli the frog was made light work of by a big zerg.. I didn't realise this but you only need to jump to avoid his knockback.

Oh wow, I should have realized the bosses were tied to the tiers. I'm going to have to have to see that Dust Monster at least once.
Also reminds me that I forgot to fully explore the Inquest base.
Since all of the bosses have dust in their name practically, I'm not sure which one the Dust Monster was exactly but I don't think it was all that exciting to fight, but still, it's different!
