Yeah Plus has been a real treat this year for sure. I wish I could afford both, I just have to keep weighing my options. So far Wii U is winning, but this looks so good.
get the 360 and halo 4. that's what i'd do in your situation.

With Halo 4 coming out, nothing else matters. This is an objective truth. But new consoles launches are so fucking hard to resist. If you're just, a "fan" of Halo, then go Wii U to be honest.
I actually really prefer that it's linked to team color. Even after playing hundreds of hours in Halo 3 and Reach, I found myself getting confused sometimes.Watching the Grifball gameplay makes me kinad sad. The UI elements are really confusing. It seems to be team coloured, so when Blue Team has the ball and you're on Red Team, you get a blue waypoint that says kill. When a Red Team ally has the ball there is red waypoint telling you to escort. That's not good.

I assume a green flag carrier will have a green waypoint, yellow for yellow, pink for pink, etc. It will require adjustment (Glasslands reference!) for those who are used to the old system, but I don't think it's inherently counter-intuitive. I think it's more intuitive, actually. But how does that translate to Green Team versus Yellow Team? Blue is good and red is bad is a well established affordance at this point.
Edit: It also says Betrayal both when you betray someone and someone betrays you. Splitscreen users like myself will occasionally hear Steitzer repeat himself in a row I guess.
I cover all bases.
Halo 4 console
Halo 4 LE
Wii U Premium
All ordered and basically paid for.
Booyakasha.
What is the last map yet to be revealed? OP is only showing 9. I'd rather ask here then go into the jungles of google and have the story spoiled for me
Is the Locus Helmet exclusive? Does anyone know, it is part of the Mountain Dew King of the Hill game and I haven't seen any info on it really? Why would you need a code for it if it was in the retail game? I know it is a pre-order in the UK but nothing I have seen for the US except this game.
Any word on frame rate issues? Reach has made me weary, especially considering Halo 4 looks ten folds better.

Finished Thursday War. I assume this takes place a few years after that.

The lack of friendly fire made that look awful to me.
Ugh 343, what a bad decision.
He did, don't bother leaving the house, sorry. When I said I was gonna pick up Halo 4 earlier today did Frankie say he would cockblock?
Don't wanna turn up to the store after work and having some clerk tell me a Microsoft rang up to deny me my Haloz.
Is the game as linear as the reviews make out?
If anyone in Gaf has it that is.
They really need to nerf the announcer

I disagree, because I play with friends and wouldn't have that issue.havent even watched the vid, but the more i think about the positives and negatives associated with removing friendly fire, the more i'm ok with it. friendly fire was only really an issue when you had idiots on your team that would throw grenades at your feet to try and kill an enemy or douche bags that used betrayals or shots to steal weapons or grief. both of which were huge negatives to my enjoyment of the game. sure, skilled and courteous players had to be careful with their attacks, and thats out the window so gameplay strategies will need adjusting, but the fun factor (at least for me) will only increase with this change.
How about they put assault back in instead? That to me is a lot more important.

At the end, presumably these are coordinates, I'm on mobile so can't search for them, anyone want to do the honours?
The Machinma stream is fucking hilarious
dude spawns in, starts getting shot in the face
'... I just spawned, you're a developer of the game, what an asshole'
These guys are classy (and amazing at Halo)

I was watching the Tsquared video on Gamespot just now...
Tsquared said "I wouldn't give this a 10 because of the DLC, I don't like how we don't have this stuff on the disc and playable now"
...
*sigh*
