Been installing for an hour now and still only at 3% Tried going offline like ive had to before to stop installations and updates clashing with eachother but it wouldnt let me carry on with the installation at all. I might just trade in this Xbox One once ive played through all the Halo games.

Anyone on here have a digital copy and in their region it unlocked? Just wondering if the game unlocks relatively quickly past 12:01 in your region.

Do people really not understand that matchmaking is probably a mess right now because the game isn't actually out yet and very few people have it?

Picking up on my lunch tomorrow so probably not playing till Wednesday I guess lol.

In the UK. Indian version unlocked at 6.31 for me. While the update installs it let me choose between playing CE or 4, seems to be downloading it pretty quickly at the moment!

People are having real discussions, and there's been plenty of informed posts that discuss why people are against the changes. Sprint especially has been discussed at length since people have dealt with it and its issues in Halo for four years now.

I asked earlier but no response. Digital download.

My install is 57.1gig. I'm in the UK btw.
However I've read some have an install of 59 gig.


Anything wrong my end? My console is in instant on mode etc. If at 12.01 it pulls some shit I won't be happy lol.

Everyone I know in the UK has 57.9GB including myself

I'm in the same boat, though mine is at 57.9gb.
It previously said 100% percent installed but I clicked on the game and its now doing done other installation, staring from 1%. It's now at 6% after another hour. I had Halo nightfall briefly show up on my queue but its gone now. Don't really know what's going on.

UK is 57.9 total. Not sure why your missing a little.

They have a perpetual congratulatory circle jerk about anything Halo related. Halo can do nothing wrong there.

So when you click on the game, it started downloading the game again?

Is this game unlocked in your region???

Well according to my storage, I've downloaded 57.9 gb so I should have the game more or less downloaded already. I really hope it's not trying to download everything again. The only thing I can think of is that it's the last 1.2 gb it's downloading so that the total file is 59.1gb.

I'm in the UK so it's not unlocked yet.

As I understand it, only H2:Anniversary will be ranked to begin with. And it is supposed to be true to Halo 2's system of ranking (wins and losses right?). The other games will have added ranking systems later on.

I'm kind of just confused on how the download prompted. Did you click on the MCC tile and then it started the download again?


Also you can check your bandwidth usage and see how much you are downloading.

I can't say for sure exactly how long the install took for me, but it was WAY less than four to six hours.

I started the install at around 12:30 pm and then had a conference call until 2 pm. When I went back to the X1 after my call was done it was completely installed, so it was a max of 90 minutes for me but likely something a bit less.

I clicked the game and then clicked the 'installed 100%' icon. Then it just went back to installing 1%' and is progressing extremely slowly.

Nothing! I said nothing!
Whatever country your console is set to when you download the game is the country you have to be on to unlock the game.

If you are in the same country it unlocks. If not it trys to download it all again.

This is different from the country you bought the game.
