Tad let down by halo 2 ani considering its on xbox one only, i dont find mucch difference between that and halo ce ani, been as though they share the same framerate and res I'm assuming it was pulled from 360 :(pains me to have spent £400 on a xbox kne with extra pads and batterys n shit for this, very, very underwhelming experience.
I think it looks pretty good but it probably did start life as a 360 title.

Thank you.

Marty's works are classic, and rightly so, but the Halo 4 soundtrack easily holds its own and is certainly one of the best OSTs to come out over the last several years.
needs moar Kazuma Jinnouchi

Intruders, from volume 2, I really liked though.

Finding BTB matches in 3 minutes or less

H2A slayer in less than a minute

Match times are hugely improved for me.

Wow, I am very surprised that Xbox Support gave me a refund.

Might purchase this again next year after everything is fixed, but to have $60 sitting on a bunch of 1's and 0's that don't function doesn't sit well with me. At all.

Best of luck, 343.

It's based off the Halo 4 engine, just uprezzed and 60FPS. So it's a very pretty and high framerate 360 game, essentially.

I was able to find a game but during the match the game made a really loud noise and then I got kicked backed to the dashboard.

Still having a really hard time finding games in a party and staying together. By myself i'm finding games in 30 seconds to a minute only which is very good.

Halo 3 impressed me more, it's so clean and crisp.

The audio in Halo 3 seems really lame in comparison. Everything sound and feels so soft.

Halo 2 Anniversary has big quality swings in art. The first few levels and the last few levels look great. The middle is dire but they also had next to nothing to work from.

Loving these comments. Makes me pumped to play the game.

The patch for some strange (more than likely system based) reason made me have to download the whole game all over again so I couldn't try the patch/update out yet. Looking forward to it though. This weekend will be the real test -- especially with the added Black Friday customers.

I'm having decent luck finding matches in the slayer, h2 classic, and h2a playlists when I go solo. Most I've played have been uneven teams though. Still struggling to find any big team matches.

Game still doesn't like it when I'm searching with a party. Waited about 5 minutes, backed out and waited another 5 and gave up. Although it does allow us to join each other on a regular basis so there's improvement for me in that regard.

Yep art and visuals STILL go to H3.

They did what they could with H2:A, but I always felt the core was merely workman quality with it's visuals

Things are working better, but a few notes:

- if you matchmake with friends, it falls apart.
- if you try to continue from one game to next with same people and somebody backs out, it falls apart.
- getting some crash to dashboard during games now.
- it still takes several minutes to match certain playlists, eg BTB.

I hate saying this because I feel like every time I do things stop working

I was in a party of 3. We all quickly got in several games (Including BTB). Still crashed once or twice but things worked much better. Party still split/had uneven teams once or twice.

Apologies if this has already been discussed.

Can anyone tell me if the single player campaign elements of MCC works OK? I've been really interested in MCC but never play the online multi-player parts of any game I buy. It's just not something I'm interested in.

Should I just hold back anyway to make sure everything gets fixed?

lol... then just contact Xbox support, no idea what "some pages" have to do with it.

Phone - no refund.
Chat - two refunds in 5 minutes.

My experience.

Too many people have had horror stories trying to refund this broken "game". I just wanted to be prepared.

Didn't matter though, got it within 3 minutes of the chat starting.

If I do get it again, you can be damn sure it will be a traded in/second hand copy. No way in hell is 343 getting another cent from me for this.

Only thing the latest patch seems to have done is introduce a delay when backing out of matchmaking.

I got stuck in that multiple times. Pushed me over the edge.

Done with 343incompetence. Halo 4 was bad enough but their inability to launch this without all the game breaking issues and following it up by adding even more bugs? Yep, just done.

Haven't had a UI glitch since the patch. Playing a lot tomorrow, so that'll be a good stress test. Reddit /r/halo reports seem more positive. Some party issues seem to be cropiing up still. I'm really positive so far, I haven't had a single problem outside of people choosing bad maps, but that's always been a halo problem :D.

Yeah, yesterday I played 6 matches in 7 tries in a row, all of them fresh ones (getting out of the lobby after each match, to certificate).

Its better! I still had some problems, but its better. Problems that happened:
-One of seven tries got me stuck to "connecting to session..."
-Uneven teams in TDM
-Matchmaking formation time is faster but still not fast enough imo. At about 2 minutes each match (one of them took 6 minutes cause people kept getting out of the lobby).

Before yesterdays patch I was having tons of "full session" and "lost connection with the host" issues, and usually taking at about 5 minutes or a bit more per match, between other issues.

Before the other patch, I could only play 2 matchmakings in many many tries.

So yeah... Things are improving a lot. I hope 343 can completely fix it by the end of this year.

Btw, where can I find the patch notes?
Is the saving/progress issue still happening with the campaing?

I had the UI glitch earlier when I was testing the patch, popped up a message and it was stuck on all the menus. :\

Played 4 hours straight with only one crash. Constantly finding matches in BTB, H2A and H3.

Before the patch, I could barely find a match.

I've been getting into matches pretty consistently now. The only problem is the team balancing. Just got the game yesterday, started Halo CEA on Heroics before Jumping into multiplayer. 60fps is sooooo good.
Is it true they're going to reset ranks?

After the few games I had tonight, H1 is fun but 4v4 is far too many people on most of the maps, H2C is way too easy to aim, it's not as good as people say, H2A is fun but not enough map selection, H3 cops too much unwarranted criticism and is the best Halo.
