seems like it's going at 25min a gig for me right now.
AWW.
YISS.
Super excited. As much as MS hates me (I'm the guy that got banned for playing Halo 4 early); I'm a sucker for Halo. I have eight PS4 games, and two for Xbox One... I pretty much purchased the latter specifically for Halo.
My best friend and I took tomorrow off - an entire day of Halo 2 in 1080p/60fps glory. Cannot wait. Easily in my Top Ten favorite games of all time - there isn't a gaming level more exhilarating than BTB 1-Bomb Assault on Headlong. It's pure gaming bliss.
Halo 2 multiplayer is, in my opinion, just about perfect. Sure, there are some glitches. And yeah, there's the occasionally unbalanced weapon combo or team advantage. But for all intents and purposes, it was a brilliant game released at a perfect time.
Spectacular online modes with phenomenal teamwork and a whole host of stat tracking. No party chat meant you actually SPOKE with your teammates; and most of them were actually cool. You could actually really join forces with other random players; and out-smarting the other team is how you won.
Pretty much my entire 9th and 10th grade years were spent playing this game. It was a favorite amongst all my friends... regularly hauling five or six TVs into my basement for awesome online matches where we played together against randoms. So good.
Halo 2 legendary is a world of pain. The others aren't bad. Enemies hit harder and attack more accurately and aggressively. But the same strategies work on all difficulties, you just have to be more careful about each encounter as you ratchet up.So I bought this because I enjoy Halo enough, I've beaten the first and second games, but only played some of 3 and never touched 4. I'm curious -- How hard is Legendary difficulty really? What are the changes? Is it doable without intimate level knowledge and/or dying a whole bunch if you're careful?
If not I'm probably just going to play these games on the normal/hard equivilent.
You got banned for playing early and it was a legit copy? That doesnt sound right.

Same here. It appears Microsoft is having some issues on their end right now:

Weird. I go to test my connection and it says your connection is fine, but Xbox Live isn't, try again later.
How long did it take you to find a match?
What size should the install be if I got the preload and the day one patch? Mine is 59gb.
So H5 reveal is in 40 mins, right?
THERE ARE THOSE THAT SAID THIS DAY WOULD NEVER COME
Less than a minute but I was spamming matchmaking until they went live.
35 MINUTES UNTIL NON-BARN HALO 5 GAMEPLAY
I thought the reveal was at 12 AM EST?
Oh fuck man I'm shaking I can't contain the happiness guys oh god
for some reason I can't redeem an xbox live 12 month code...
hopefully it should be fixed tonight?XBL store is having issues, at least that is what XBL said when I checked my network settings earlier.
Nope. Stream starts at 11.
IGN is putting up an article at midnight, though.
I think I'm gonna take a snap for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour. I believe they will stream Nightfall before Halo 5 Beta, and I want to watch the stream with some popcorn at the weekend!
♥
Wait, who's streaming it?
Never wait until last minute. Not even days before. Weeks.I really hope I don't have to re-download my digital version like I did with AW. That would be to much for me to bear at this point.
That's a big shit
