I see no hot alien chicks in this game, therefore it doesn't look like Mass Effect

pswii60 said:How do you know it's a "total joke"? Because of a few shitty screens?
What if this game ends up being AAA? Of course, it might be a "total joke" in the end, but until the reviews come out and we can determine if the final product is a commercial success, that statement is completely unfounded.

not only the way it looks is impressive, but these guys are also doing impressive things with the gameplay. i think it'll be the best combination of action elements and rpg elements we've never seen in any other game.
i'm definitely buying too human when i get my 360. haters will eat crow come 2008.
it'll be goty 2008. you can quote me on this.

I dunno, there's hardly any Nintendo people in here. It's almost wall-to-wall 360 fans. Just a lot of SK hate in general.pr0cs said:As usual, another Too Human/SK thread that is little on content and lots on hate/vitriol. This thread is no exception. RENESISfreak said:my only stipulation is this. Microsoft funded SK to make Too Human a trilogy...something along the lines of 100 million i heard?
But here we are in 2007 and the game hasn't been released yet, and its the first in the trilogy....how long are we going to wait to complete the trilogy? Will it be finished on the 360 or we will have to wait until Microsoft's next system?
History would tell us that it is completely unrealistic to expect SK will release all three games on the 360 since they seem to release a game about once every three years on average. That said, we don't know how far they are along with elements of the other two games and obviously many things are up and running now that the first game is nearing completion.RENESISfreak said:Will it be finished on the 360 or we will have to wait until Microsoft's next system?
Nolan. said:50 million. Which when you think about some other games that alone has cost half of that it ain't such a bad deal.
besada said:This game used to interest me, but then Dyack released that trailer. Now every screen shot I see makes me remember how un-dynamic and dull the trailer was. You can't do an action game like this if you can't get the flow and movement right, and every shot I see looks like the main character is standing around while slow moving monsters stroll toward him. Maybe this is not the case, but I've gone from booster to serious doubter on this one, and it's got nothing to do with the lawsuit or Dyack being a whiny bitch, it's got to do with how boring and bland this game continues to look.
You mean the trailer where Baldur fights the boss? I think we spoke about this already, but yeah, that was awkard.besada said:This game used to interest me, but then Dyack released that trailer.
Busty said:In that respect you are correct. It could turn around and be a really solid game. However, as far as it's development has gone I can't think of another game that's had such a ludicrous, PR disaster ridden, development history.
- 'That' disastarous E3 demo (fixed)
- The SK and EPIC lawsuit.
- Dyack mini podcast melt down.
So, yeah it might be good. Really good. But I seriously doubt it will ever shake it's wretched history.
Busty said:It thought it was $75 million? Roughly $25 million a piece. All I know is it was really, really expensive.
Merovingian said:I absolutely love the posters who don't give cent about the game or the platform in it come here to trash it to the ground, and that's just hilarious because they cry like babies when someone does that to games on their platform of preference, crying about sleeping mods.
What's funnier, and probably the funniest, is how they manage to actually bring retarded arguments like MS droping this game and the game becoming multiplatform, when Sony didn't drop games that are basically a piece of shit, and allways were a piece of shit, but oh no...Too human looks worse *rollseyes*, and not also that but they actually use this thread to trash other games, which is unbelievable btw, they manage to trash Mass Effect in a thread about Too Human, like whoa.
Seriously congrats, and apparently the MOds get a kick out of it, at least it works like that for games they don't give 2 cents about, i wonder what happens when they actually care about the game, then....oh, then the hammer drops.
Borys said:Man, you are way to sensitive.
And don't try to be a backseat mod and don't question mods doings like ever again.
