Artanis was actually supposed to be shown as well and hey straight up screwed up and didn't show him during their interview :p. That's why there was a question- Medic coming first made the most sense cause we don't need another damn Warrior but its niice to have confirmation.

They also haven't shown him since. Again, after 20 or so years of videogame industry most of us have gone through, I fail to see how this was ever in question. Or maybe I'm just grumpy today

Medic is the only upcoming hero that's been shown in a playable state (I'm discounting heroes from 10+ months ago given they assuredly went back to the drawing board).

Artanis was announced without even a model which is very rare so I'm guessing he was pretty early.

As someone above said, they actually had a similar video for Artanis as they had for Medic for Gamescom but forgot to show it. Browder confirmed this in a tweet. They also have subsequently showed it either though so /shrug.

I don't understand how one man can be so salty, or how anyone in the pro scene puts up with him. He's not all that great and he is consantly whining. So confused.

Did Nick go back to being toxic? He was pretty chill when I was watching his stream after he was casting some EU games couple weeks ago. He was actually really friendly and encouraging keeping the salt to himself.

Maybe it hurt his viewership.

Healing is kind of boring to me. I wish there were a bit more aggressive healing. I only see Lili and Malf in HL anyway.

Dunktrains comments on how all supports should be like Tass/tyrande from the latest town hall heroes were right on the money.

The way the main healers work in this game is not good in the long run.

It will be interesting to see how they deal with that in the long run. The medic looks to be an incredibly boring 'healer heal', and according to Blizzard is dominating in their internal games. So for now they are still committed to the idea of healers rather than supports.

Can't really say much about Abathur since I played like 20 or so QM with him and rest was AI!

1. Pressurized Glands
4. Adrenal Overload
7. Needlespine
10. Evolve Monstrosity
13. Bombard Strain
17. Locust Brood
20. Hivemind

One of the odd ones that I've played in the game so far! Definitely fell asleep during some moments but it was a good relaxing 1-10 trip for sure!

Here's a summary of what I think of Abathur:

+ In my opinion one of the strongest ultimates in the game (Monstrosity).
+ Somewhat relaxing
+ Despite the game saying that he's "very hard" to play, I found him quite easy to maneuver

- Screw Zeratul and Nova who decides to go on a hunt for Abathur
- I had at least five people 'reporting' me for being AFK (checking their profiles after the game, I realized they weren't trolling since they were all pretty new to the game)

Fun-tier-list
God fun: Zagara, Kael'thas, Sylvanas, Jaina
High fun: Thrall, Kharazim, Zeratul, Valla, Kerrigan, Falstad, Tyrael, Leoric
Medium fun: Nazeebo, Butcher, Johanna, Tychus, Abathur, Anub'arak, Malfurion, Arthas, Illidan
Low fun: Li Li, Raynor, Nova, Tyrande
Trash: Muradin

Also, just like with Tyrande - the game decided to award me with one of those meta lvl 10 portraits!

Fell asleep with abathur???

I'm always frantic when playing him. So much to consider, so much to do at once.

Soak XP, get vision with mines, help in a teamfight, defend a structure, cap an objective, look intensely at the minimap, get shit on by your teammates for not being in 3 places at once saving their overextended ass,...

Hmm if they have another hero after medic, that'd put the release of Artanis on the 10th also. Medic on the 29th september, other hero on Oct the 20th and then 3weeks after Artanis on the 10th of november. Seems like it'd line up perfectly so I'd assume that's their plan. Not sure if they had another hero lined up though with these 2.

yeah wondered about that myself, it's still 5 weeks out so plenty time for them to mention another hero in the pipeline.

BOB? took down Team Liquid twice, in Winner and the Loser Bracket, in ETS #3

Well Alternate Fancy had a roster change, they picked up GerdAmHerd and Nurok from Team Kinguin at the end of August and they've been killing it.

BOB? already was top 3 or 4, the only team to really surprise me was Roccat beating BOB? and some other top team recently. Gamers 2 and BOB? have some sort of back and forth going on.

BKB assessed correctly in the last THH that they, Virtus.Pro, have fallen behind the other EU teams.

Team Liquid seems all over the place though.

It's like we've said before - TL has been completely ignoring the meta, and relying on their silly dumb comp and the fact Blackscorp is an amazing melee player to win over the last fwe months.

MVP Black showed how fragile that is, and everyone else has caught up mechanically to the point where TL can't rely on those weird comps anymore, and they just aren't practised enough with other styles of play right now to be consistent.

Also, BoB are fab and I hope they go far - always love Bakery and Snitch on THH. Snithc making Zoia look dumb was great fun... :)

Bakery is one of my favorite players. He's on Dreadnaught and Glaurung level of <3 from me. Would love to see them come out on top of EU for Blizzcon (and get a good sponsor).

But Team Liquid has been playing and winning with current Meta drafts, they just go back to their own style for some reason and lose. They haven't drafted TLV in a long while for instance.

Blackscorp seems to do a great job with Leoric and Arthas in double tank compositions, if they ever figure it out they might just dominate again.

I hope Snitch will make an appearance on THH again, now that he and BOB? thoroughly backed the "shots fired" up.

I think they've been pushed off TLV. Blizz has gotten the overall quality of the majority of heroes to where they're actively playable, and TLV are just below that mark vs a competent team right now imo.

http://heroesofthestorm.github.io/zuna-tierlist - Zuna's list hasn't been updated, but on that list, only Diablo,Stitches and Thrall are 100% dumpster tier (and even then people play Stitches as kinda a BM thing.) Brightwing's like 50% dumpster because she still needs more +healing buffs but is useable when the moons align. I'd put TLV on that 50% dumpster tier right now. All these 4-melee teams running around starts to make Gazlowe a lot better because of it.

I don't think Thrall is dumpster tier. Obviously I'm talking from a non-competitive aspect. With his self heal and poke I'd say he's better at level 1 than Kerrigan.

Level 1 Kerrigan is one of the strongest heroes in the game. She enables incredibly early ganks better than anyone else - her weakness is she scales poorly as the game goes on.

I do agree that thrall isnt dumpster tier though weak, but not completely useless.

And Bob won, yay!
