What could they even tie the Vulture to in Starcraft II? Re-play Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm, get specific achievments? Hit a certain multiplayer rank?

I hope it's something not too difficult. I don't and never have played SC, but I feel obligated to get the Vulture cause it's awesome and I have the rest of the mounts. plz be kind blizz
Tough to say what it will be, but I'm kind of leaning on completing the campaign.
So far we've had the following:
World of Warcraft: Reach max level in current expansion. Not too hard as the expansion came with a free boost for a character to the previous level cap (to begin the expansion content) on the off-chance you didn't have a character that high. I didn't play Warlords of Draenor, but going by my experience with previous expansions, this would probably have taken me somewhere between 1-2 full days of /played time (24-48 hours).
Diablo 3: Not difficult at all, just requires some time. Quicker than the wow levelling time. Maybe 15-20 hours if you're doing it solo. I did it but can't remember exactly how long it took.
Hearthstone: Win 100 games. This one has much more difficulty as it's you actually need to win the matches and it's a large number of games. Possibly the most time consuming of them.
The Legacy of the Void campaign is probably somewhere between 15-25 hours in length, so it would fit to make just completing it the requirement. But they could go more in the direction of Hearthstone and require X wins in multiplayer. This would still surprise me, however, given that SC2 isn't as welcoming to newcomers as Hearthstone. And they almost certainly wouldn't go X number of games played (win or lose), as players would potentially just quit out of every game they play to quickly game those X games played.

I wish Blizzard would give Rexxar something more, can't say what exactly. I can't wait to try out how Misha controls after the PTR-patch goes live though. That should help Rexxar become a bit more user friendly.

+ Feign Death is in my opinion one of the best lvl 16 talents in the game
- Controlling Misha gives me an headache (I'm normally really good at micro but controlling Misha isn't even micro)
- Rexxar without Misha is literally like being dead
- Really bad at most 1v1 encounters

Cash transactions are disabled at the moment, so I just goofed around with the medic in the try-mode. First blush impressions, people are going to mess up a lot of things with poorly timed grenades and you can do some cheeky things with creep waves and the medics 4th (stacking shields) and 7th level (healed target gets a DoT aura) talents healing creep waves.
She's clearly designed to babysit right click heroes but I imagine she could be a bit of a nightmare when paired up with a specialist because she can just help a creep wave last longer.

The new talent--Misha, Fixate--is a great quality of life improvement for Rexxar but it appears to have a new bug, I've tried using Fixate while the bear got melted and briefly lost control of Rexxar. He just became unresponsive for a second and then started responding to my inputs.

I'm bugged on PTR. A download keeps popping up on the right like a new patch or hotfix is available in game on the hero select screen, but it never finishes and continues appearing and then disappearing.
