Why feel sorry for him? He's a prime example of a man-baby. He get his pat's on the back and people feeling sorry for him and when things settle down he'll throw another tantrum to get his attention again. Dudes 40 years old, he should go see a doctor for his condition or grow the fuck up.

If the people at DF didn't want us asking about covering the biggest game of the year, thus far, maybe they should make a statement and he wouldn't have to rant about Harry Potter and interrupt his Sonic fanfic jerk session? They're intentionally avoiding the topic of this game. Alex is fucking around with Returnal next and completely skipping HL. No one else there has said shit about the game. They're not as clever as they think they are, their just chickenshit and hoping to skirt the lines of this internet "culture war" instead of just doing their jobs.

It's like all the fucking gaming media types completely forgot wtf their job is, or why they even have one, this week.

Anyway, he deleted the tweet. He should just delete his Twitter ccoumt while he's at it.

Actually Sirona is probably the best representation of transgender in media ever. A calm, intelligent individual not trying to be anything but a decent respectable person.

Not every gay, lesbian, transgender person is or has to be the over the top characterization that is being pushed as their best representation by the media.

Very few where "shitting" on him imo. I think people feel a temporary sign of relief at the first major sign that this whole woke cult cancel culture fad is maybe starting to actually break is all. This game had a pretty big line in the sand drawn by them and the majority including major outlets stepped over it all at once. Its note worthy.

Gotta remember also that living under era for awhile meant constant self censorship which means resetlers are dying to finally gain catharsis amongst fellow reefugees. Maybe annoying and not ideal but it makes sense.

I mean the tone in general lately. It's like everyone has gone insane. Neither side is acting rational.

I ended up deciding against buying the game because I've never been a HP fan and the final release gameplay looks unappealing to me. Does that mean I should be canceled too? Both ends of the spectrum are one in the same in my eyes.

The guy suffers from severe depression and iirc bipolar disorder. He’s got an excuse to be a man baby. He has good days and bad days. He’s not your attention seeking Twitter influencer. I’m sure he’s seen a doctor or he wouldn’t have known his diagnosis. I will always give him a pass for his outbursts.

But yes he needs to delete Twitter.

He's the type of person who needs to have his account managed by a professional or not have one at all. John is a great guy, but he does suffer from severe mental disorders and it's incredibly easy to trigger him. I'm quite surprised he manages to work so hard all things considered.
