After playing a huge chunk of this game, I have to wonder what the budget was. Also it gave me some massive AC vibes and RDR in the second half. Ha.

I'm still sticking with my 86 MC/Open Critic guess from the 12 MC score predictions thread but definitely think it could be higher from the impressions I've seen.

Text from a girl I'm seeing - "Can I come pick you up?" ...my reply - "I'm in bed already."

I've hit rock-bottom, people, and I have no regrets. 12 minutes!

Text her back and say yes!!!

By the time you get ready, you'll know reviews and still make her happy which in turn should make you happy. Win win.

Probably 100m+ been in some form of development for 6-7 years and the marketing push has been pretty big.

I never got to play Lair. They should bring it to PS4 so I can fully understand what's wrong with it. Haze as well.

Man, LAIR was good.

Unfortunately, it was released with forced motion controls. I actually thought the motion controls worked well, but there really was no good reason to not have the option of regular controls there at launch. They were later patched in, but during that early backlash era of the PS3, it needed to have a great first impression to have success I feel.

Anyways, I finally caved and read some of these spoiler-free impressions for Horizon. Can't wait for this game now. Trying reduce my backlog, but holding off on this game is gonna be hard, brehs.

Short impressions because I don't want to spoil anything for anyone even one bit: Horizon is simply my 2nd most favorite game on PS4.

For reference, I found all Ubi open world games since Black Flag boring as hell and always hated Killzone.

Critics are not tougher this gen at all, this has been debunked many times.

Thought I'd better return to this, apparently you're wrong, but I'd like to see more research.

What's your first and third favourite, so we know your sort of tastes generally?
