Horror movies that don't rely on jump scares

I think I remember Jay from RLM recommending Lake Mungo awhile back, saying it had no jumpscares and is creepy as hell

Anyone see it?
I saw it. There was one scene that could be considered a jumpscare (the main reveal). The horror stems from the darkness revealed as the documentary goes while you recognise its existence prior to that reveal. And then you think - is there someone like this around me?

i hate movies with jumpscares. so cheap. they can be done right but it's quite rare.

I am going with Midsommar. apparently only 3 in it and the movie is about 2 and a half hours long (director's cut)

I enjoyed Wolf Creek (movies and the tv series) and there are no jump scares there. Sure, some characters die unexpectedly, but there isn't anything scary about that.
