what do you think will happen with Lucia and Jason?
 
They'll probably try to pull something similar to gta v's in having to choose between protagonists + a option to keep them both alive.
 
Apoc why can't you just wait until Rockstar announce their shit? They've barely shown anything except one trailer and that's been dissected over and over.
 
Lucia finds out that the crime underworld is super sexism it's extremely difficult for women to succeed. She decides to trans to a man.

And then the game discuss the profound theme that is when Jason dates the trans Lucia, does it make him a gay or he is still considered straight.

Dude's going to be portrayed like a bumbling idiot who realizes needs the woman by his side and then becomes a literal Sucker Idolizing Mediocre Pussy and she's going to be a super capable boss babe from the get go who unrealistically becomes the brains behind whatever crime operations they face, relationship is toxic AF but they stick together until the end.

Unknown to Jason, Lucia is actually a cop and we get all the gameplay mechanics from that LSPDFR mod while playing as her.

One of these missions has you protesting in favor of trans women in women sports and another has you stealing money from billionaires to fund Hamas.

And the final mission will involve gathering an ensemble cast of trans activists, games journalists, Houthi pirates, deported gang members, Hamas leaders and Kamala Harris to confront Donald Trump and Desantis in an epic final showdown at trump's residence in Mar A Lago. After which you will enact a revolution, take control of the US government and save democracy from the racists, bigots, fascists and Nazis.

I heard a rumour that the girl character is trans. Can't wait to see the shitstorm that follows if that were truly the case xD

In terms of direction I have no idea.

But did Sam Houser write it? If so then it will be really good regardless. If not, it'll probably be predictable shit.

I think Lucia will be a traitor working for the government. Maybe she was pardoned in exchange for help fighting some gang, and Jason is her key to the underworld to get closer to that gang.

So the story is similar to Fast and Furious, but instead of Brian or Connor developing feelings for the bald jock Torrento, it will be a real love story, with Lucia betraying the feds at the end to reunite with Jason after he exposed her betrayal.

I believe the story will be that Lucia was born a man, that's why she can beat the absolute shit out of grown men in the game. she had a sex change to dodge the feds, and now they've sent Jason's snitch-ass to find out if she's the guy they've been hunting all along.

But, of course, Jason catches feelings like a dumbass. Now he's stuck between his duty to uphold the law and the existential crisis of realizing he desperately wants to fuck a "man".

We'll see how much of the leaks turn out to be true and included in the final game, this may all have been excluded from the final build but supposedly the game looked like it leaned heavily on romance mechanics, like players would be able to make Lucia and Jason interact with one another throughout the game based on pure self-interest (pragmatic approach) or based on genuine care for one another (romantic approach), if you chose the former then by the end of the game you'd chose to kill Jason with Lucia or vice-versa, if you chose the latter then they'd get a "happy" ending with one another.

My hope is that Rockstar doesn't play it completely safe, I'd prefer if the story is more serious compared to GTA V, but I still want some edginess and childish humour.
Like the torture mission in V, I hope they have the balls to have another controversial mission in this game, I love seeing people and media getting riled up from this shit. Trevor's speech afterwards as a "torture advocate" because "torture is not for the tortured, it's for the torturer" is funny af and always makes me laugh :messenger_tears_of_joy:
 
Gonna be a spin on The Fast & The Furious w/Bonnie & Clyde instagram gang on the run.

Replaying IV recently and found that injecting the medium of todays "social networking" to the "world" would be real neat.

The Bounty hunters/Law hunting behavior in RDR2 was the first inklings of the county hopping pursuit framework so i figure the "crew" in VI will just be pursued around the map thru all their internet notoriety/happenings and eventually just get gunned down.

I wouldn't say it's that easy.

There could be stories that does involve a female getting betrayed by a guy and still not be woke. It's like how Red Sonja was, in that movie she hated man at the beginning so you'll think the film was woke/feminist but it's not. Red Sonja actually turned out to be awesome and non woke and actually like and respected Kalidor later.
