So guys what kind of caseS do you have for your iphone 7s?
I just ordered mine today.
I got a orange carbon fiber skin on it with a Spigen ultra thin clear case. It's gaudy and I love it.

Have you tried to register more parts of your fingerprint in TouchID settings after set up?
Got mine delivered today, I used to use an Apple leather case and generic third party screen cover on my 6s but for the 7 I'm trying a tempered glass screen protector and a Supcase Unicorn Beetle Hybrid cover. It's not really a fair comparison but this is a bit slippy compared to the leather one, but nice and an awful lot cheaper. If it doesn't work out then it didnt break the bank, and I'll probably pick up a leather, maybe Apple, cover or maybe a folio style. It depends on what Gaf recommends.

I have a Nodus black leather magnetic case. Useful for putting my phone up on the dashboard in the car. It's essentially the same as the apple leather case otherwise.
Also have a jet black peel case which is pretty cool.
Bluetooth is pretty solid with the iPhone but also depends on the headphones.
The built in speakers might actually be okay for podcasts. The speakers are fairly loud. I use Jaybirds which are pricier than your budget but I've heard good things from the picks from The Wirecutter: http://m.thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-cheap-bluetooth-earbuds/

Reviews seem to be really good
Now have the official apple leather case and I love it, and even had a fairly significant drop onto my tile floor in the bathroom (set phone on top of towel and towel bar for a sec which was stupid) and the phone took no damage and neither did the case.
Is iCloud supposed to delete all your shit? My grandma got an iPhone 7 and put her contacts in. I turned on iCloud today. When I get home from work, she says everything was fine then all of her contacts disappeared. I checked icloud.com, nothing there. All of them were completely gone. My girlfriend, who's always had iPhones, said that of course its going to, you're supposed to turn it on first.
Last I checked, a cloud service isn't supposed to delete all of your shit.

Is it possible to find a 5/5S, or even maybe an 6 in the 100-150 price range?
Would rather get an iPhone as my backup than another Android.
Im such an idiot. Bought a glass protector for my 7 and applied it perfectly, then for some reason on corner got a bubble type of thing after 2 weeks, then tried to fix it , made it worse, tried it again, even worse. Now I got this ugly air pocket in my upper right corner. If I press it, it goes away but returns instantly.
I've made the step to iPhone after 7 years of Android, never used a case. Bought the Apple leather case now. I don't know, just feels like this phone needs a case for some reason
You can change the wallpaper starting from a picture, providing you're in the photos app. If you mean you can't do it from a picture in the browser, then yes it's true. You need to save the picture to the phone first.-Having to go to the settings menu to change the wallpaper instead of being able to hard press an image and do so
-Notifications are horrid here
So, does putting iphone in recovery mode is trial & error? I had been doing this in an hour and I can't work it.
I would assume this is on iPhone 7? This is pretty much what I'm doing with 6s but I'm using home button instead. It will only show the apple logo and will go straight to lock screen. It's always like that. I remember having the same problem when I'm talking with apple live chat. UghHere's how I've always done it.
1. Make sure the phone is totally powered down, and not plugged into the Lightning cable.
2. Hold down the volume down button.
3. Keep holding the volume down button as you plug the Lightning cable in.
4. The phone will automatically turn on when plugged in. Don't let go of volume down until you see the iTunes logo on the phone.

Yup, what you said work flawlessly. It seems like the PC I'm using was the culprit. It was pretty much instant on the other PC. Thanks again. This is the iPhone 7 OT, so I assumed you were talking about a 7. But yes, the directions on the 6S are otherwise the same except with the home button rather than volume down. The only times I've ever seen the instructions I gave not work are either user error or a malfunctioning button - it's pretty much foolproof otherwise.
Apple said:For many years Qualcomm has unfairly insisted on charging royalties for technologies they have nothing to do with. The more Apple innovates with unique features such as TouchID, advanced displays, and cameras, to name just a few, the more money Qualcomm collects for no reason and the more expensive it becomes for Apple to fund these innovations. Qualcomm built its business on older, legacy standards but reinforces its dominance through exclusionary tactics and excessive royalties. Despite being just one of over a dozen companies who contributed to basic cellular standards, Qualcomm insists on charging Apple at least five times more in payments than all the other cellular patent licensors we have agreements with combined.
To protect this business scheme Qualcomm has taken increasingly radical steps, most recently withholding nearly $1B in payments from Apple as retaliation for responding truthfully to law enforcement agencies investigating them.
Apple believes deeply in innovation and we have always been willing to pay fair and reasonable rates for patents we use. We are extremely disappointed in the way Qualcomm is conducting its business with us and unfortunately after years of disagreement over what constitutes a fair and reasonable royalty we have no choice left but to turn to the courts.
i dont know about you guys but im having problems with my battery.. i just charged it 4 hours ago and im down to like 7% is anyone else experiencing the same?
Go to settings->battery and see what it says
I use the black apple leather case. It's nice. Nicer than I expected. A great, slim fit, and wonderful in the hand.
Really loving that leather case from Apple. Might not be the cheapest option available but it looks nice and it's quality stuff. Worth the 55 euros.
time since last full charge - usage 2hr 52 mins
standby 3 hr
What apps are taking up most of the power?
That's a really low number but it means your phone has been off the charger for 3 hours but only able to actually sleep for 8 minutes. Even if the screen was off something was keeping the phone awake
YouTube links clicked in Safari won't offer to open in the YouTube app anymore. I don't see any way to get them to open in app anymore. It also doesn't have that little banner at the top of a YouTube page anymore in Safari that suggests the app like instagram and other sites do.
Done that a few times and no luck. Does it still work normally for you?Uninstall YouTube and reinstall would be my suggestion. It's not capturing the links like it's supposed to

It's not thereI've had mild issues with it, but even when it opened in the mobile version I still got the banner. Nothing to the extent you're describing
Long hold on the URL and see if "Open in 'YouTube'" is one of the options
Is the location icon supposed to stay on the top of the screen at all times?
