That one is like the Simpsons Michael Jackson one..it isn't 90x120; (it is less than 90x120, says 86x120), so the forum will resize it to about 90x125 or so, which goes over. The previous one was about 90x140 after the resize. Either add 4 pixels to the sides or cut a couple out from the top and/or bottom and it'll be ok.

A little guide, this is how I make my avatars:
What I always do is right click on an avatar I know its the right size (hint: pick a mods avatar!) and hit "copy image". Then in Photoshop I click ctrl+n which makes a new image based on the image dimensions you just copied. After that, paste the image you want to use as an avatar in that space and it will (obviously) be the correct size. If the image you pasted onto your avatar template is too big, simply hit ctrl+t to resize it which brings the "Free Transform" tool up., When this tool come sup you have to click and drag one of the corners of the image to resize it, but MAKE SURE you're holding down the Shift key while doing so, or it will change the aspect ratio of the image (you don't want that happening) hit Enter when you have the size you want
After that, don't save normally, click the "save for web" option instead and you'll get something that has a very small memory file size.

I'm gonna tell you something that will change your life... because I cannot believe you've been making avatars this way all this time. :lol
Open your image in Photoshop. At the top of the screen, click Image, then click Image Size and resize the image to how large you want it. Then, to the left select the Crop tool. It looks like this.
All done. No free transforming. No copying the size of a moderator or anyone elses avatar. You've done it yourself. ^_^
