Without knowing what you're going through, OP (except our shared hellscape), all I can say is: know that other people have gone through much worse, and made it through all right. Months, years, decades later, things got better. And I say this without trivializing your problems, hopefully. I've been through really dark times, and I'm going through some shit right now too.

Sometimes, reminding yourself that it could be worse feels like you're giving yourself patronizing advice. Other times ... it helps.

Find ways forward. Find things to work toward and look forward to. Find ways to lighten your psychological burden. Revise and retool as necessary, as time goes on.

Between personal life issues and everything going on in the world, I don't see a point anymore.

I'm depressed, sad, angry and disappointed to say the least.

Believe it or not, 2019 was worse for me. 2020 has been terrible, but it's more of a spectator sport at this point.
